A fan from the make a wish foundation came up with “He’s a friend from work” from Thor Ragnarok
The Ending Spell Scene,and the "I Love You Guys" in No Way Home, "Nick Fury tries to talk some sense into Spidey" in Far From Home, and "Spidey's final words" in Infinity War, but yeah I would definitely have to go with the "I am Iron Man" from the first Iron Man movie.
Hands down, Drax IS the funniest character.

Loki's smirk in Ragnarok during the Snake story was 100% real, Hiddleston couldn't help it because he found Hemsworth's story and delivery so funny
The caricature impression of Hiddlestone as Loki via Hemsworth as Thor was really clever, it kind of referenced the fight scene at the end of the first Thor movie so it was like Hemsworth taking the piss of a bit of Hiddlestone overacting, a little friendly burn if you like.
One can't help but wonder if it inspired the writers of "Loki" to make kid Loki's nexus event that he killed Thor.

love how the 3 spidermen just embodies the stereotypical siblings and in their order and andrew really nailed the middle child thing
“Why is Gamora” is easily the best joke in the MCU. Drax, desperately trying to fit in with humans, almost gets there but not quite. And then says something unintentionally profound. That it’s ad-libbed adds to the mystique

I remember watching Infinity War in theaters and during the snap there were some reactions to various characters being dusted, and as soon as we heard "Mr Stark?" the ENTIRE theater went silent.

The one I find the most mind blowing is that Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen ad-libbed their scene at the end of Infinity War. The rest are one liners or quick add-ons but the Vision/Wanda scene is so heartwrenching and emotional. Props to Bettany and Olsen for doing that completely off the cuff and really shows how into their characters they were.

well considering it would be immediately retcon why not give it your all. Or tell the actors to give it there all. sadly that scene is overshadowed greatly by thanos reversing time and then killing him again lol not that was EPIC.
@@Neog2 they work so well together too. The fact that it was so heartwrenching and emotional all for it to just be undone adds to the devastation. Like it was such a noble sacrifice for both of them and they conveyed it so well on the fly and the, poof, all for nothing.
You forgot to mention the best part about "I don't wanna' go." Originally, the script just had Pete randomly start dissolving like every other character that was "snapped." But Tom thought "Wait, Spidey has his Spidey sense...shouldn't he feel it coming?" so he approached the director about it, and THAT ENTIRE SCENE was improvised in.

That "Liar" improv at #10 is massively underrated. In a movie full of incredible moments, that one still managed to stand out to me, and I always remember it because the delivery sounded so genuine and emotional.
To me, it rivals "I am Iron Man" from the end of Iron Man but falls just short.
Frankly I never even noticed he called him that.

Agreed! The lady was saying "you'd be forgiven for not noticing this 'blink and you'll miss it' line" or something like that, but that one word stood out to me so strongly out of everything Tony said to Steve.
The unhinged chaos that was Thor: Ragnarok will always hold a special place in my heart.

Not only did Robert Downey Jr. turn his life around in an amazing way, he basically jump started the entire MCU.
Who are we kidding, Rob IS the MCU. Apart from the great work with Spider-man, the success is debatable after Endgame.

It was such a great movie and you got it completely right. Ironman was the test and it made people believe.
I KNEW the “I love you guys” line from No Way Home was improvised! I always felt like Andrew Garfield’s delivery of that line was way too real and it legit got me a little choked up the first time I heard it.
Another great improv moment is at the end, when Tom hugs the other two. "Thank you thank you Thank you." was tom's idea. And said in an interview, paraphrasing, it was kind of a meta/cathartic moment as it was Peter thanking the other Spidermen, but it was also Tom telling them thankyou for opportunity they gave him, without them. Spiderman wouldn't of been as popular as he was.
I hope the kid who came up with "He's a friend from work." got screenwriters credit. It was that good. :)

I love that the 'he's a friend from work' line came from a make-a-wish kid. Something really special about that.
The "Bitch please, You've been to Space!" was a mixture of motivation, mockery, jealousy and who knows what else😂😂

This list is awesome. It reminded me why I love the MCU so much. It makes me want to go back and watch it all over again. It's crazy to think how it all started with iron man and all these years later we are in the multiverse. Sad to see some characters leave the MCU. But grateful for the time we got with them

I usually skip the first Captain America movie and the two Thor movies before Ragnarok, but I absolutely love watching the rest of the MCU movies. I cannot imagine them getting better than this current cast, but I have total faith in Feige and the team they have to continue this mammoth undertaking. I’m sad to see some go, but I’m excited to see where this leads!

Actually, Thor Hanging Mjolnir on that Coat Rack Sparked this Whole Debate Online That Raised the Final Question, "Was the Coat Rack WORTHY?"
It’s an inanimate object. Just like a table or floor. This kind of debate should only be brought up with plants like hanging the hammer on a tree branch.

Samuel L. Jackson deserves credit for coming up with the quick peek under the sheet, for sure; but it wouldn't have worked nearly as well without Ben Mendelsson falling in with it perfectly, mirroring the movement. Excellent timing between two excellent actors!
In the Avengers 2012, RDJ got super hungry while filming and he secretly stashed food everywhere, so the part where he offered a blueberry to Captain America wasn't in the script and the film makers haven't found any food
Apparently Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) was the same way and the costumers literally had to sew the pockets in his robes shut so that he couldn't sneak food around the set.

The "I am Iron Man" line is even more iconic because it wasn't in the original script for Endgame either. It was the editor who suggested to the Russo's to add it in so it had to be filmed during pick ups. So odd to imagine the film without it now.

Was it “stone” or “store?” I had trouble making out what he was saying. Listened to it multiple times. The closed captioning here wrote it as “store.”
The famous bookend call back of Tony saying "And.... I am Iron Man" in Endgame was actually only later thought of after filming was done and quickly reshot. Originally Tony just did the snap and was done but months later during editing they realized it was far too anti climatic for such an iconic character especially one who was so famous for his brilliant quips to go out like that. The editor Jeff Ford was the one who suggested the idea of having Tony go out like a total boss in further sealing in his victory over Thanos by trumping his twice repeated " I am inevitable" line with his own now famous last line from the first film. Robert Downey JR. actually didn't want to go back and reshoot the scene as he understandably didn't want to go through the painful emotions of filming that scene yet again. Over an arranged dinner they convinced him to be true to the character by letting him go out properly and redo the scene. They even gave him leeway in trying out other improvised lines during the reshoot including " You Are So F***ed !" but none worked or resonated like the call back did to end Tony's character arc so it was the one they used.

I believe that the MCU up to Avengers: Endgame was the golden age of Marvel. It was a mammoth project, so well stitched together with decades of amazing storytelling and awesome characters. A large part of the characters' awesomeness, was humanizing ad libs like these above. Good catch, WatchMojo!

The "I am Ironman" has to be one of the most important lines from all the MCU and you're telling me it was improvised? That's unbelievable.
It accumulated the apex if MCU and also signaled the bmens of it. After that MCU go to suck age.

The moment Hulk enters the ring with Thor and Thor is excited... Hemsworth is so legitimate I literally feel so secondhand excitement every time & want to shout out. Love love love that scene.
Thor’s banishment scene in the first movie is complete improv and some of the best acting I think I’ve ever seen. To see the split between an angry king but remorseful father was so powerful.

Spider-Man’s response to the snap would have been terrifying. His spidey sense would be going nuts.
The MCU never fails to make us laugh in those moments alone, along with some kick ass action set pieces, etc.
Another one from Doctor Strange. Christine reaction to the broom falling was improvised, as it literally fell while they were shooting.
Yeah no, I don't believe this one. If you watch the broom, it falls very abruptly exactly on cue, looking very much like someone yanked it with a string or something. At best it fell one time by surprise and they decided to recreate the moment in later takes.
The first time Tony said, “I am Iron Man”, didn’t sound enough like Black Sabbath so he said it better the second time because Tony learns from his mistakes.

The nice thing about No Way Home was that they took all the great brilliant things from each different portrayal and left the things people complained about behind. So they got the best of each different Spiderman.
When Tom Holland said that line, I literally had tears running down my cheeks, it still breaks my heart.
Wanna cry even harder? The reason it took Spidey so long to dust is because he has a healing factor that was fighting it.

Get Help is one of the funniest jokes in Ragnarok 😂😂
They even make an easter egg to that in Loki, when the Loki's end up turning on each other and they all brawl. When Classic Loki makes copies of the main Loki Gang so they can escape, Kid Loki and Alligator Loki do Get Help, with Kid Loki chucking Alligator Loki at one of their variants 😂😂

In Capt marvel, when looking at rhe skull, Sam L didn't make that scene. The actor next to him did with the little duck down to look. It's especially funny since the character is also a skull.

I heard complaints about Dave Bautista playing Drax before "Guardians of the Galaxy" came out. Apparently, some people hated him from professional wrestling. But, Bautista has proven he has fantastic comedic skills and no one can replace him in the role.
People really underestimate how much more difficult being "the straight man" in a comedic group is, and he does it phenomenally.

Andrew garlfield when he repeats Peter 3 in the huddle has to be improvised. In the behind the scenes of that scene he has Holland in hysterical laughter and his line was different to what we saw. In that 5 minute period where its just the 3 of them he stole the show and for me legitimised my 9 year opinion.. he is the best spiderman

The Make-A-Wish kid deserves a writing credit. His line basically BECAME the freakin advertising for that film.

I think the snake story was definitely the best choice, since it alludes to the real-life predicted events of Ragnarok, when Thor will meet his end at the fangs of Jörmunganð the Midgard Serpent (who is also a son of Loki).
Downey played his role to the max in Endgame. He made me cry so many times!
I thought Rudd's "anyone have some orange slices?" was improvised by him and was classic!
When Thor is getting smashed around by the Hulk and Loki's like "Yesssssss! That's what it feels like" is the best.

Let's just take a moment to acknowledge the fact that the MCU will never be the same without Robert Downey Jr.
he's actually the only reason i watched any of them. i'd had zero interest in them for all those years, then watched 'spider man coming home' and thought the relationship between spider-man and tony starks was so great that i had to watch the whole thing from the start. i ended up watching about 2/3rds of the entire thing in about a month (and fried my brain in the process).
TBH, now they seem to have put full stops on the 2 things i liked best - iron man and gaurdians of the galaxy - i probably won't be interested any more.
RDJ sounds like an excited little kid trying to hold it when when he says, "Please be a secret passage; please be a secret passage...yay."
The 3 Spider-mans all meeting was probably the single best decision ever made by marvel studios.
Also, I'd be confident in saying that improv through the titles is probably what made most of these movies great.

When an unworthy person tries to pick Mjolnir up from the ground, it's too heavy for even the Hulk to lift. But when Mjolnir is hanging off a coat rack and an unworthy person pushes it, would it swing or would it just be an unmovable object that defy physics?

@trex advent It puzzled me that he and Black Panther made their debuts in that film like Wonder Woman did in BVS and Aquaman apparently which I didn't notice him.
