I have D.I.D and have had many experiences. I've seen and communicated with people who have died since I was a child, it's passed along on my birth mother's side of the family. She called it "the sight". All of the females on her side had this. I also had 2 NDE's where I died and was resuscitated after a few minutes. What I experienced in the NDE's has been helping the healing process. It was pure unconditional love, acceptance, welcome, compassion and zero judgement. There were no "Gods" from any religion handing out rewards and punishments. I saw that ALL religions are man made and the "Gods" are in human image. The truth of our BEING and what we are ALL part of is Love and I don't mean the human emotion. By Love, I mean non separation, unity, whole, complete, undivided, non judgement. That is Love.

This came up at a very fortunate time for me. It's very aligned with how I fell back into spirituality. "If it works who cares if it's real or not?" You just... get to a certain place with western medicine yknow? It's got its values but boy howdy does it have it's limitations

In England when I was eleven I saw an Angel in my room. I learned later a boy the floor under me lost his parent’s in a plane crash. I am multiple and have seen many things at night but may be hypnogogic as well.

For me there is a certain amount of fear telling my psychiatrist about personal paranormal experiences because (at least in my past) they increase medications. Ive had drug induced hallucinations, paranormal like so called hallucinations? and some from schizoaffective types perhaps due to sleep deprivations. Some times up to 8 days no sleep(non drug related). But being strapped to a bed or a chair and given forced medications makes me less open in my dealings wit present psychiatry.

I had experiences that were intense when I was a teen and periodically after but have not been able to really process them because of the lack of acceptance in our culture

I found this video know, 15 January 2024, and have a lot of questions, for example of where I can find research about this topic..? A person that experience trauma really needs spiritual support, almost a Teodicé-problem to solve... thank you very much!
