I lost all of my 99% of my fish to ich it hit me so hard early into the hobby I managed to keep my pleco and 1 shrimp alive it hurt so bad my heart is with you friend
No matter how experienced we are we all still make unforeseen mistakes. Things can happen. You share everything good and bad with us so kudos to you. Im sorry that happened to you. I lost an entire 180 gallon when i left town for a week and the power tripped. Ive since set up a battery backup internet cameras and phone aps. Still things can happen. Keeping fish is amazing but life can happen. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Peace and Love 🐠 you love your fish and bad things can happen. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻❤️ Im sure this video saved future fishes lives. Im gonna make new changes so thank you for sharing they did NOT die in vain.
Losing fish is the hardest part of the hobby. The best thing we can do is learn from our mistakes and keep our tanks going. So glad you share these hard parts of the hobby with the community to help the rest of us.
Real man-card stuff right there! Accepting responsibility, stating the facts, highlighted where you went wrong, warned the community to prevent further tragedy. RESPECT.
Sir, you are human and humans make mistakes. My daughter was involved in a wreck 2 weeks after getting her driver's license. She was fortunate to walk away with just a couple bruises. Can't say the same for the car. She made a mistake in a pressure situation. I will tell you like I told her, learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them. If we don't make mistakes, how will we ever learn to be better? I am sorry that you lost your rays. Don't beat yourself up for being human. You will learn and grow from it. The beauty is your followers benefit from your experiences good or bad and you taking your valuable time to teach others about the hobby I think overcomes all the haters. I know you will get back up from this. You never let a setback keep you down. Hang in there Kev, sometimes good things come out of bad situations. Take care bro.
Losing fish is the worse in this hobby. I lost 90% of my fish a few months ago and wanted to give up. Never could figure out what happened, but im back into the hobby and now have African cichlid.. thanks for all your knowledge!
I know how much you love all of your fish but these stingrays were SO special to you and we in your audience know this. I'm truly sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing this cautionary tale with all of us.
So sorry for your loss. I’m still rather new to all this and I’ve learned so much from you. Your loss hurts but you turned it into a learning experience for all of us. So proud of all you do. BTW thank you for your service to our country. God bless you. From Columbus, Ohio.
You've gained a community because of your hard work & dedication to your fish. We've all seen your content and support you. Stuff happens. That's how we learn. Let negative individuals feel happy with themselves. Positive Vibes bro. Sorry to hear the news
I just recently started watching your videos, started off with you helping me learn about chemical filtration and understand basic knowledge of good and bad bacteria etc. What I appreciate about you is that you’re honest and are just completely a human being, we all mess up but it’s not all bad if you’re able to walk away with a lesson learned. Knowledge is power. Love the vids and tanks.
Kevin, I have a sense of the pain you have experienced, and I especially appreciate your honesty in this tragedy. You are a great man and an example to all of us
One of the things that caught me to be a frequently follower of your work is your honesty with the truth challenges that this hobby poses to us. ❤👊🏼 You are badass! Keep up! I’m glad you are here. Thank you very much for everything you share.
So sorry for your loss Kevin!!😢 That sucks...You have a good heart and we ALL make mistakes.. Thanks so much for utilizing your loss to educate the fish keeping community
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It is so sad, but you are guiding the community to understand with compassion and information on how to work through challenges when they occur. I hope you are able to find more stingrays when you have a chance, they seem like amazing companions for any fishroom.
Thanks for sharing. I have been in this hobby for about 2 years now. I have too had some lost from mistakes and power outages here in TN. I have taken your advice for the backup air pumps and in need to purchase another for my fifth tank I just added. Sorry for the sting ray lost. You have shown us how to care for them well. The cichlid tank you have is what inspired me to get into this hobby. Keep up the good work Bro!!
So sorry again that this happened to you. I hate to see bad things happen to good people. It’s just not fair. They were so beautiful I’m gonna miss seeing them so much. People that want to hate on you just want to make themselves feel better cause they hate their own lives. Your a fighter, and I know your never going to give up. Maybe next time you go away for more then a day you could get a fish/house sitter. Just know we’re all giving you a big virtual hug!!!! 💙💙💙💙
We Love This Channel Never Will I Hate For Someone Loss It Happens And Your A Great Teacher Seems Though You Have Bad Luck With Sting Rays But Never Give Up We All Support You Regardless
Hey there! I know that this video was made long time ago, but I still want to say that I'm very sorry for your loss! In my LFS there is a tank with two amazing Stingrays and I am confident, that those fish' personality is on a whole other level. Keep up the great work you are doing, educating people!
A long, long time ago I flew Kiowa Helicopters for the US Cavalry; we used to study and go over in painful detail video footage and written reports whenever any aircraft crashed regardless of who it was flown by, us or our allies, and as painful and ugly as it was it was very important. So, I really admire you for providing us an after-accident report and explaining what exactly failed. I just now got off my butt and finally ordered a nice UPS with a good-sized battery from Amazon, I already own one for my computer, so I always put it off saying to myself, "oh, I will just unplug the PC one and use it if there is a power outage". But no, that is assuming you will be home and immediately notice the power is out. So, thank you and keep on teaching, and absolutely do not give up.
Kev's sincerity and love of his wet friends is what keeps me coming back for more. His knowledge and willingness to assist others is only matched by his ability to share his experiences with others. My sympathies Kev for your loss. Remember that we can only learn from every mistake made by those willing to share. Hate should never be a reaction to Kevin's honesty.
People are idiots sometimes. You have gave the best advice I've gotten anywhere else. Admitting you made a mistake makes you human . Keep your head up Marine you're awesome
Definitely motivates us all to get back up power/keeping alternate strips and to always be prepared for our fish..I'm damn sorry about the rays kev I couldn't imagine the loss
Deepest condolences man! It truly sucks and we know your passion and commitments to these beloved fishes and animals. Hope you will recover and come back stronger, and continue the great work in the community! Always love your well taken and super clear videos. 👍🏻
I just want to say because of you my fishes are thriving & doing wonderful! There is no one else I look up to in the fish community but you Kev. Thank you for your vulnerability & allowing us into your space so we could also prevent from any future mishaps. Your stingrays were so gorgeous✨❤Keep your head up 🙏🏻🐠🐟
My condolences, brother. Those merbabies were so beautiful! Thank you for being steadfast in keeping us informed and educated despite the obvious heartache. Rest in peace, Carrot, Skooba and Cookie 🙏🙏🙏💕💖💕
I'm so sorry for your lost Kev, I know just how passionate you were about all 3 Ray's. Don't lose hope, don't listen to the haters, and keep that passion burning. We're on this journey together 💪
Love watching your videos. I had a full tank that I lost and gave up for the past year. Watching your videos has gotten my passion back. Seeing veterans have similar problems helps me realize I'm not a bad fish keeper. Keep making these great videos. You passion makes me to want to keep going.
Dude sorry for the loss. Just remember you keep it real and honest about aquaruim world not just pumping something for money. You give actually info and facts to this hobby along with many others🤙🤙
Dammm bro feel so bad this happened to you, as a discus keeper there's some times you loose fish not knowing why but it doesn't matter the time you had them it does feels like loosing a family member. Thank you for always sharing with us your experience good or bad so we can learn from you. RIP Scooba, Cookie and Carrot🙏🏻
Things happen to all of us bro. When I kept my first ray I was living in nyc and I had nowhere else to put my 220 gallon tank except the garage. It was winter time in January and the power went out all night and I could do nothing about it bc I was at work on the night shift. When I got home the water temp was 51 degrees. My ray was barely breathing but he was in motionless state. I quickly did water change adding warmer water and he came back to life but only lived for about 2 weeks after that because he never ate and got internal parasites after that huge shock. It sucks but moral of the story is keep going. I now live in CT and have my own fish room with 5 adult rays. Keep going bro and keep learning. Thanks for sharing the experience.
Damn Kev my condolences I know the feeling of losing fish I truly do, stay strong man we live and we learn, I lost around 33 african cichlids due to something wrong with sand and water in my tank but through you and my love for this hobby I have continued through all the hardships and trials and have 29 cichlids thriving now 🙏🏻
Man, what a bummer to hear this. Sorry for your loss, I know how important those rays have been to you. But you can't blame your self for this. Taking responsibility is one thing, but blaming yourself over the what ifs, or the should haves is not gonna help you or your fish. You could have done everything perfect and life is still gonna show you that faults still exist even in the best of circumstances. This hobby has changed and evolved in so many positive ways because of people like you by just being transparent and honest. You are showing people the realities of this hobby, and it's absolutely needed. This hobby needs people like you. To keep teaching and educating all of the new fish keepers coming up. You built this community by sharing your journey and documenting your experiences. Unfortunately this is a tough chapter for you, and for us as well, but we need to pull up our filter socks, and point our power heads in the right direction so we all can learn and grow from this.
i’ve only seen the first 45 seconds and I can’t tell this is gonna be a learning video for all of us. even the kaveman has his problems. keep your head up bro! you’ll learn and be a even better fish keeper
I'm so sorry for your loss and heartbroken for you. Please ignore the haters because so many of us have learned and been inspired by you. I have lost many fish and was prepared to give up on the hobby, until I found your videos this year. Now, I am looking forward to this lifestyle journey. I started over based on your educational videos (including this one) and I have seen nothing but "GREAT" results. Your babies lives will not be in vain because you have enlightened us and are teaching us how to prepare for the unexpected. Thanks for your honesty/sincerity because it means a lot to so many of us. 🥰🥰🥰
So sorry. Thank you for taking the time to share with your followers at such a low time. If it can happen to you, this is a big alert to the rest of us.
Again Kev I'm so sorry this happened. I understand how you feel. I also understand that when you work, have children and family obligations that are first and foremost in our lives, we often put things off because we get busy and there's just not enough time in a day or week to do all the other things we need and love to do. As awful as this is...Scuba, cookie and Carrot were well taken care of by the best. This could have happened to anyone. I think you taking this accident and educating all fish keeper's is a testament to who you are. A Kind hearted soul. Your only human. Thank you for sharing about what happened. I'm sure this wasn't easy. Scuba, Carrot and cookie will be fondly remembered. They were amazing.🙏❤
You nailed it right on the head Lori! All those reasons is exactly why my procrastination got the best of me. Thank you for understanding and leaving me these words! The support I receive from you and others is a blessing! 💖
Kev, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved stingrays. I've watched your videos as you've gone through this journey, and I have tears in my eyes while writing this because I know how much you care. Power failure is a terrifying prospect for any good fishkeeper. I hope your lesson of having that backup plan in place reaches more hearts today. I wish more aquarists were as honest as you are about things when they can go wrong. Take care, and best wishes from my tanks to yours. ❤️
I'm very sorry for your loss, I can tell by how you sleek that you truly care about your wet pets happiness. This happen to me several years ago and made me give up the hobbie. But now I'm back and have just finished your entire beginners playlist and really appreciate your enthusiastic way of teaching. Don't give up.
Kev, I am so sorry bro this is tragic buddy. Those stingrays were so cute and awesome fish. This is a great lesson for all of us that you can’t be lazy in this hobby and procrastination is a killer. 😢😢 Thanks for sharing with us this life lesson and even veterans in the hobby make mistakes. I can only imagine how you feel right now. I will give you a virtual hug from California. ❤🤗🤗 thanks for sharing the ups and down of this hobby.
I know I am a little late watching this video but man I am so sorry about what happened !!! Please ignore all the idiots I get them all the time on my channel trolling my videos. Its hard to ignore sometimes so I understand !!! All I can say is you been helping me get my salt water tank going with all your great info and easy way you educate us. I am a huge fan keep up the great work and ignore the haters !!!
This is heartbreaking 💔 I’m so sorry for your loss, I was watching your videos on these guys just a few hours ago and already looking forward to seeing babies and updates. Can’t imagine how sad you and your family must be losing these majestic creatures. Thank you for the warning on air pumps. It’s so easy to not put the backup measures in place, everyone skimps on at least one aspect for a short while for whatever reason, anyone who is smug about this is just lucky not to be caught out in the moment that their ass is hanging out of their pants, and there is not a person out there who doesn’t have those moments.
Mistakes happen… thanks for being up front and honest with everybody. Education and spreading knowledge so others learn earns you much respect. Sorry for your loss.
Thanks for the update. I’m going to work on my 40 gallon tank today. 2 Pleco and 7 goldfish feeders. I couldn’t decide what I wanted for the tank. Now I have to get my 36 bow front tank out of the closet. I love the fact that you’re still in the game and don’t let the hater’s get to you ❣️ Grandma is going to say a prayer for them hater’s !!! 🙏🏽🇺🇸🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’m sorry for your loss. You’re 100% right, it doesn’t matter how long we have our pets. They grow on us and are a part of the family. Especially the amount of time and care we give to them. I’m learning that now with my few fish I have and the stress of dealing with a sick tank and trying to figure out what’s going on with them, and hell, they aren’t anywhere near as expensive as yours were, just some platys and a Molly and peppered Cory’s. I ran out and bought a 36 gallon tank with a stand and a new filter and heater that I can manually control hoping maybe all they need is a bigger tank. I totally get when they aren’t doing good, you aren’t doing good. I’m sure everyone appreciates you sharing this as a learning experience with us so we can not make the same mistake. And you learned from it too. You gave them the best home and care and love that they could have ever needed and that’s all that mattered, remember that.
I just went through exactly the same thing. Georgia had some kind of a tornado. We were without power for almost 3 days. I have seven tanks seven. After the first 3 hours, I started using a picture and just dumping it in. I am truly blessed for my daughter's friend who provided a generator for us. I could care less about the fridge and my $200 food that I just bought. All I cared about was my fish and man it just shows you never know what can come up and I'm just so blessed because of that generator and first thing I did when we got our power back was to buy a backup generator. I'm so sorry for your loss. Accidents do happen. Situations do happen and it's the worst feeling but there's sometimes nothing we could do. Like I didn't even think of losing power here in Georgia for 2 days. I'm from South Florida. We have hurricanes all the time. This was a very learning experience. So sorry for your loss. You're awesome! Keep positive and never give up
Thanks for being so transparent. Lots of positive comments here - I know a negative comment can stick with you much more but focus on the positive. Your honesty is much appreciated.
That sucks dude im sorry about that cookie was my favorite 😕 however thank you for being open and honest it helps a lot more than you know to us that the people we watch and look up to also make mistakes just like us. Hope youre well man ❤
Shit dude, sorry to hear of your loss. They are members of the family. I’m an avid viewer from the Uk, so keep up the good work, you teach many people with your information.
Keep your head up man your Chanel showed me how to make me feel like I’ve been doing this for years . As many fish I lost I thought I’d be done but you had a situation where your fish lived and was going through the same similarity’s I watched the channel seen what you did and it lived .
No way anything ever negative towards you at all! Even before I watch the video! I am such a fan because you are clear about your facts, experiences, and the lessons you teach…….boo on anyone who thinks they are safe from any disaster!
Such a tragedy. I hate that this happened. It hurts bad enough when things happen that are completely out of our control but when something happens due to our own oversight or unintended consequence of something we did, it's a whole new level of pain. I really hope you don't spend too much time beating yourself up over this. Like I tell my soccer teams after a big loss....It hurts to lose. Let it hurt. We learn from the pain. But tomorrow is a new day. Time to stop hurting, figure it out and do better. I really hope that in the videos that follow this one, I still see your positive energy, good vibes and your passion for fish keeping. Feel the pain but don't let it keep you down :))
Damn, sorry for your lost. 😢 I just ordered 2 UPS units for my 150 gallon, with 17 Peacocks and Haps. Thank for your insight and teachings. I'm a true follower of your channel..Keep the faith 🙏..
So sorry to hear this. You are one of the main reasons I felt confident to start this hobby 4 months ago. It’s so evident you love these fish. Best of luck and Thank you for all your videos and inspiration
They were so gorgeous, I’m so sorry for the loss of them. I have a air pump that is battery powered for just such an event. It’s definitely necessary now with all the crazy weather we get these days. I feel really bad and heartbroken for you.
So sorry..I am very new to the fish hobby and when I lost my cichlid I was crushed. You are indeed an inspiration and allow the haters to watch you grow and push through each and every endeavor!
Your experience already saved my tank, after watching your video I went and bought a battery backup for my tank,it actually cost me more than what I paid for my tank..low and behold I walk in yesterday after work and the fridge had tripped out the power, the power here has only tripped 3 times in the 15 yrs I've been here ,I only backed up my filter and air pump and they were working away fine, thanks for the kick up the arse I needed to set up a backup system sorry you had to lose those lovely rays though.
Sorry for your loss Bro... Yes this hobby is fulfilling and heartbreaking at times because THINGS HAPPEN!!! Haters are gonna hate but stay encouraged Homie. Just know your videos are encouraging and educational to the majority of your subscribers and we appreciate you and I personally look forward to them. So keep em coming
Sorry to hear about this. This type of stuff happens in the hobby, hind sight is always 20/20. I have been in the hobby for years but since moving to Texas I have been out of it the past five years. I accidentally came across one of your videos and began watching it. Right away I appreciated your enthusiasm, knowledge and personality for the hobby. The spark to get back into the hobby was then ignited. I began watching all your other videos and gathering information on the latest equipment, etc. . I am now considering buying a new125 gallon aquarium for my office and setting it up as a Cichlid tank. Keep up the great work dude!
I can empathize @KaveManAquatics. After 7 years of keeping a heavily planted tank, we lost the entire tank of fish 3 months ago after a failure of the heater AND the digital thermometer was stuck (not functional) on 78 degrees. They were stressed from the cold water and became ill. I identified the problem, transferred them to a quarantine tank and started treatment but it was too late. They died one by one over 3 days. Previously I did not have any contingency plan. Now I have redundant heaters and a wifi heater controller that I learned about on your channel. Plus, I invested in a battery backup for filtration in the event that we lose power. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences.
I am so so sorry and I can tell you are devastated, emotionally and upset. I am also sorry how some people are just absolutely horrible and mean and have no filters whatsoever. Please don’t worry about these kinds of people and even give them one minute of your time. We love you and feel for you, Kev! 💙
I am so sorry for your immense loss. You are right when you have a love of fish each one is so special. You are such an amazing educator I personally have learned so much from. I lost a tank of beautiful cichlids just about 2 months ago and even now I get sad thinking about the shock of finding them. Stay strong
Dude BIG oof I hate this so much for you man carrot was genuinely a 1 of 1. No need to rush back into it, take your time. But don’t give up, you’re the best. I have learned damn near everything I know from you and after my best friend passed and I inherited his hobby you really showed me the ropes! Good luck man wishing you nothing but the best
My heart goes out to you brother. You've done an amazing job educating all of us and I'm positive the stingrays had there best life with you. Keep your head up sir.
Bendito Kev Im so sorry about your lil friends :( rip 💐 it’s terrible to here friend . I once almost killed my 3 discus by putting too much prime in tank . I saw them going up to breath and they stayed there I wondered what was wrong I did another water change stat with no prime added And they were doing so much better . Till this day they okay 👍
I know it was hard but thank you for your post. You do provide us with honest information about our hobby. Recently our power was out for 18 hours. Fortunately, I didn't lose any fish. I was home when power was restored. I checked my HOB filters. I was ready to jump start them but to my happy surprise, they started working by themselves. Good luck in the future. Keep up the good work.
I’ve discovered your channel and it has helped me a lot. Just bought my first 90 gallon tank and feel confident that I have all the information I need to let my fish thrive. Thank you and keep going bro.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have a battery that I can hook up in case of a long power failure. But when I go away, I worry if the power goes out for a long time. I have a 110 with africans and a 40 with community fish. You have helped me in recognizing that I need to make sure that I have really good strip plugs.
I'm so sorry for your loss..I'm new to this hobby..I have just started with comet goldfish..I have bought a new tank for a couple of Ranchu's..and all your videos have been an amazing help!! Thank you so much!
Sorry for your loss. I'm new to the hobby, and I found some of your earliest videos to help me with my 75-gallon. I am using a battery backup unit from Microcenter for my pump. I live in Ohio, and we get all kinds of storms and outages. So keep your head up, and I look forward to more of your input in the fish kingdom.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I know it was devastating! Don’t pay any attention to the haters other than blocking them. Things happen, you learn from your mistakes. Keep going and learning. I wish you well. ❤
I just came across your channel and being new to this hobby I've learned multiple beneficial things from your videos. Sorry to hear about the loss of your stingrays and sharing the information with everyone.

People should appreciate your honesty instead of hiding mistakes which we all do it shows your compassion for the hobby- Nobody's perfect
Deepest condolences man! It truly sucks and we know your passion and commitments to these beloved fishes and animals. Hope you will recover and come back stronger, and continue the great work in the community! Always love your well taken and super clear videos. 👍🏻
I'm so sorry for your loss
So sorry for this loss!!
A devastating lesson learnt. Thanks for taking the time to share ❤
I just want to say because of you my fishes are thriving & doing wonderful! There is no one else I look up to in the fish community but you Kev. Thank you for your vulnerability & allowing us into your space so we could also prevent from any future mishaps. Your stingrays were so gorgeous✨❤Keep your head up 🙏🏻🐠🐟
Awww, that's so sad. I'm so sorry.
My condolences, brother. Those merbabies were so beautiful! Thank you for being steadfast in keeping us informed and educated despite the obvious heartache. Rest in peace, Carrot, Skooba and Cookie 🙏🙏🙏💕💖💕
I’m so sorry! I appreciate you sharing because things do happen to all of us and I am always grateful for the education.
Man thank you for the videos. Learning so much
Dammm bro feel so bad this happened to you, as a discus keeper there's some times you loose fish not knowing why but it doesn't matter the time you had them it does feels like loosing a family member.
These were great words! I appreciate your support! 💪
i’ve only seen the first 45 seconds and I can’t tell this is gonna be a learning video for all of us. even the kaveman has his problems. keep your head up bro! you’ll learn and be a even better fish keeper
@KaveManAquatics Your the best Kev! Will always be here! God willing! 🙏 ❤️❤️❤️
Appreciate your compassion!! 🙏
Sharing like this brings the community together and helps us all learn
I'm very sorry for your loss, I can tell by how you sleek that you truly care about your wet pets happiness. This happen to me several years ago and made me give up the hobbie. But now I'm back and have just finished your entire beginners playlist and really appreciate your enthusiastic way of teaching. Don't give up.
Thank you!
Kev,
I am so sorry bro this is tragic buddy.
So very sorry for your loss mate, thank you for educating us. R.I.P. Carrot & others, xxx
I'm sorry for your loss, Kev. Thanks for the ongoing education.
It’s so easy to not put the backup measures in place, everyone skimps on at least one aspect for a short while for whatever reason, anyone who is smug about this
is just lucky not to be caught out in the moment that their ass is hanging out of their pants, and there is not a person out there who doesn’t have those moments.
Thank you so much for the encouragement! 😊💪
What a beautiful little creature that stingray. Sorry for your loss brother man. Keep your head up. ✊🏼
That sucks dude im sorry about that cookie was my favorite 😕 however thank you for being open and honest it helps a lot more than you know to us that the people we watch and look up to also make mistakes just like us. Hope youre well man ❤
Sorry for your loss. Keep doing what you do, I enjoy and have learned so much from you after getting back into the hobby earlier this year
Shit dude, sorry to hear of your loss. They are members of the family. I’m an avid viewer from the Uk, so keep up the good work, you teach many people with your information.
Sorry for the loss man
Thank you bro!
I can see the pain in your eyes…so sorry for your loss. This is a lesson for me…there’s things I need to do.
Thank you so much!
Been there Bruh, I feel you and praying you get thru it and rebuild
Damn, sorry for your lost. 😢 I just ordered 2 UPS units for my 150 gallon, with 17 Peacocks and Haps. Thank for your insight and teachings. I'm a true follower of your channel..Keep the faith 🙏..
So sorry to hear this. You are one of the main reasons I felt confident to start this hobby 4 months ago. It’s so evident you love these fish. Best of luck and Thank you for all your videos and inspiration
Thanks!
Love your videos, I have learned so much. Sorry that happened to you. It can happen to any of us. Circumstances beyond our control.
I appreciate the kind words! Thank you!
❤❤❣️
Damn bro this sucks. We try our best but sometimes things just happen. As always you the best for sharing, thanks!
How could anybody still hate...
So sorry for your lost. Thank you for continued work on sharing and educating us
Sorry to hear about this.
Sorry for the comments kaveman, we all love your and appreciate you and all your help with us on our journey with this wonderful hobby!..
Damn kev.... im so sorry to hear that. Dont give up bud
So sorry Kaveman. Some people don’t understand the pain of losing fish. It is always heartbreaking. Thanks for all the information and advice.
Thanks for sharing. We all have stuff happen. It's awful but some things are out of our control. Glad you found the underlying problem.
Welcome aboard!
I am so sorry for your loss. I have a battery that I can hook up in case of a long power failure. But when I go away, I worry if the power goes out for a long time. I have a 110 with africans and a 40 with community fish. You have helped me in recognizing that I need to make sure that I have really good strip plugs.
Sorry for the loss my friend. My power went out this weekend and I was scared when I got home. Thanks for sharing your solution with us.
Sorry this happened to you! Goes to show you how much work is involved with being a fish keeper! Appreciate all you do
I'm so sorry for your loss..I'm new to this hobby..I have just started with comet goldfish..I have bought a new tank for a couple of Ranchu's..and all your videos have been an amazing help!! Thank you so much!
My pleasure! Glad you're finding the channel helpful. 😊
BTW, you should check out my new Aquarium Keeping APP designed for beginners! - aquabuildr.com
Appreciate that! I'm glad you're finding the channel helpful 💪
