Absolut supersmart doser. This product is the best thing ever! Most dosers there is no way of expanding with only 1 extra doser. Also a nice feature is the lid that can be turned to the position you want handy for optimal cable management. ❤
Hi, it looks like to be a great product and I love your brand. But I have a few questions: 1.What is the minimum dosing volume and the precision? I have a nano and would like to dose 0.5 ml daily. 2. In case of power cut, will the pump keep in its own memory the timings and dose the following days as before, without any action from myself? Thank you very much :-)
Looks like a well thought out product. I'm an original owner of your Skimmer (250) and I'm very pleased but I have no idea how to register the product or even if it is necessary. I will be giving your dosing pumps a serious look.
Hi there, I’ve watched your video just now. But of all things, I’m unsure of what dosing you’re referring to please? Would you be medicating the aquarium, or dosing stability, or plant fertilisers etc etc please?
You can dose any liquid product! For a planted tank this would be fertilizers, and for a saltwater tank this may be an alkalinity or calcium supplement, or Stability for either! The supplement you choose to auto-dose will depend on the type of aquarium, and that aquarium's needs. The possibilities are endless!
@@RandomOzzieVids No problem! If you ever have questions about fish-keeping please don't hesitate to reach out to us! You can send us a DM on Facebook, Instagram, or email us.
@@seachem is there somewhere for us to message Seachem Laboratories to ask questions about your products please? I’ve tried messaging through your Facebook page/messenger but there’s been no response in 6 months.
@@RandomOzzieVids Send us another message and I'll let the team know to be on the lookout! Sorry about that, we get many, many messages a day so sometimes they can get lost in the stack.
Seachem is a terrible company and customer services are nonexistent. Don’t bother complaining or emailing them about issues because they don’t give a dam. Shame on you for ripping people off
You are the only one who has the problem which is not that unusual for a complaining person that knows the truth is that you have done the damage and now you have to blame the company for it !!@@!!

@@seachem Thank You. Is your secondary pump kit available?
I hook up my secondary to the primary but the app isn't picking it up. What am I doing wrong?
I’m having the same problem. Did you figure out the problem?
@@paulwizal23d89 I ended up getting ahold of the company and they sent me an entirely new set
Can these be controlled with the Neptune apex?
