He is pretty good at giving you a lot of information, do your homework before you move here, traffic is really horrible, Charlotte has a lot of growing pains, I moved here in the 1980s and the City is about 3 million in the 6 surrounding areas. Tip, live close to your job, or if you are interested in retiring here, careful with the HOAs in planned communities. Buy in a well developed area, that way you know what is around you, because it’s going to change. Tip if you are buying a Townhouse, buy a Townhouse in Town. They are everywhere and at the moment going for $399.000 plus the HOA which always goes up. At least in Town your Townhouse will build equity in the burbs not so much. Good Luck
Actually some people get confused between Charlotte and Charleston SC. The thing about the south is the winters are mild but its paid back by at least 45 days or more of 90 plus during the summer. Best time to visit any area of the south is October - mid December.
Hello, I am planning to shift Greenville NC. Could you please let me tell about this city..such as rent room, market, public transportation etc and more? Please suggest website for looking room, any apps for online puchasing foods stuffs.. Thank you in advance❤
Hey! We don't specialize in rentals - but there is a ton of great areas to rent. There is the linx light rail that runs right through south end. We recommend people look on apartments.com or zillow.com for rentals :)
CLT is always getting hit with crime esp Steel Creek and Sugar Creek/all of Beaties Ford Rd going into uptown CLT. Moved from East TN to this area and Mecklanbouiyg is pathetic. 👃 🎉 Going back to E TN soon as possible
Those don’t seem like that many negatives to me! As for the traffic here and poor driving? That is more or less because of all of the non driving newcomers that have come here! Not knowing where to go or how to get there! And, that would be in almost every city! Especially, New York! Personally, I find that a lot of people from other places that have the 24/7 bug find Charlotte a hard place to live! Because they are not settled people! Charlotte is not a 24/7 place for all night long entertainment!
Charlotte is becoming a real city the few haters are the ones that wanted it to be a confederate city, almost extinguished, you know who I’m talking about.
