    Your routines are great I'm a beginner I've been working on my won for a few wks mixing btwn basic moves to complexes, I'm a bit confused as to what I should stick with I like movement hit style workouts . I'm love working with the bells.

      I've lost 60 lbs in 5 months and Im still trying to burn some of this belly off lol

    I have a bad back and six bulging disks. I have always been told not to bend and twist. So the third exercise looks dodgy. I do get around it?
