I know I have cried out impatiently, "How Long Lord!" How long do I have to go through this? How long till I get over this? How long? And yet . .
The lord has listened patiently to my childish requests. And as the years have gone on, He has answered my requests not in the way I wanted,
. . . but perhaps in the way I would have wanted if I knew all that He knows.
And the result of His perfect wisdom applied to my far-from-perfect life, has been that I desire Jesus, because of who He is. My will, my desires have and are changing, solely because of His work, and care and great patience.
