- First Jon boat tourney of the season!! Ace and I are fishing out of his boat this year, and our run in the @TRICKEDTINS King Neptune has come to an end. Huge thank you to my friend Matt Downs for a few awesome years fishing off of that boat. He's a pure talent at building jon boats, and I'm very thankful for the time we worked together! How do you have your livewell rigged are you just recirculating or are ypu drawing in water externally? Thanks.
Fill it once when we catch the first fish then recirc all day. Biggest thing is putting ice in there when it gets hotter than 70° along with Gjuice.

Yes, keep it pumping all day. This is especially important in the summer, and you have to add ice to keep the water temps cooler. Helps keep them alive.

Holy crap where was that tournament at? Over 21 lbs not even top ten. Over 35 lbs for first. Man y'all some hammers in that jon boat trail. I saw some videos of last year and year before and y'all's group always got hammers. I mean some true sacks
