Cracks don’t mean your wrists are bad. Cracks means you’re just popping bubbles in your bones or something like that. Means you haven’t done it in a while.
@JScope they are gas bubbles (nitrogen) that build up and these pop. This is the first reasons you will find on google and i didnt use any time to confirm it with actual studies but did you even look that shit up yourself?

Interesting, I figured this out myself like 5 years ago and when I started guitar teaching, this was one of the first exercises I taught my students to loosen up their hands and wrists. Also recommended it during a break if they feel that they tensed up. Good to see, it actually has a medical background and benefit to it 🙂
When I’m plying guitar I often stop to shake my hands, as if getting water off them. It always helps “reset” my wrist and hand muscles? Seems like there’s a reason why that works and I wasn’t making it up

It's actually surprisingly common that knots and sore joints can be affected by too much cortisol too often or possibly having specific dietary needs you may not know of. Masseuse/chiropractors are usually pretty good for knots and soreness but a word of warning.. my disability lawyer warned me to not go to the chiropractor because I have a serious and rare levoscoliosis and an orthopedic would be more appropriate. With my spine and it's discs, several of them continuing to slide more and more to the right, getting adjustments from someone who is not a bone doctor in any form can be potentially dangerous. My lawyer said he's worked on at least 2 or 3 cases where the patient either had scoliosis, a herniated disc or some degenerative disc condition had died on the chiropractor table during a routine adjustment appointment. 2 died, the third sustained even more nerve damage and paralysis than they had before ever going to the chiropractor. TL;DR : Chiropractors can be helpful for general pains and aches but first be sure you don't have an underlying condition that would be better and more safely treated by an orthopedic (bone doctor) before getting an adjustment of any kind.. also be wary of any chriopractor that uses Y-Straps.. that device is the very device that has caused the highest number of injuries to patients, especially those already dealing with some form paralysis and have instrumentation in their neck or spine.

@@roserosyland3090 Well, I don’t do it regularly anymore but when my hands and wrists hurt I think that I tried to stretch them whenever I felt like it was needed (but also give them brake). I did a variety of different stretches but I felt like this one did the best at seeing immediate results, my hands felt better immediately (that was why I commented here). And if you're asking about overall results I think the reason why my hands got together was taking a two-month-long break from crocheting. But the stretching definitely helped. Oooh I typed a 3 page essay today nonstop, I needed this 🤧
Good luck on your essay!
3 page essay 😂 that’s not an essay, that’s a problem Q. I’m in university in England and I just finished a 40 page essay
@@toziassmitt Ooh look at you big man. I'm assuming you've just finished your masters diss, so have I. It's long but it's written over months and months.
@Kingster Sreejit thank you dear
Bruv 3 pages is the starter pack be glad. I’d like to have just 3 pages…

I had pain in the middle of my left hand and i do this and it actually helped me. Thank you
They need to teach these things in gym class😂
I’m 24 and went out and bought a carpal tunnel brace tonight because I thought my wrist was weak and I may have overextended it at work a while ago or something. The cramping type of pain was near constant today and finding wrist exercises have really helped.
You just cured 15 years of pain in my wrist.. in 15 seconds.. 😮❤
Bish don't lie.
@@deyh5664 Why would I lie? Did you try it? Lol
I love you so much Dr, you help me help my clients. You are a gift from God above.
Oh my god-
My wrist feels like new!!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH
I recently had a wrist surgery due to issues with tendinitis, this felt so damn good.. thank you!
First time seeing you Doc, thanks for the immediate relief :) Love how soft spoken you are too, very comforting.
Just removed my pain!!! Thank you!!!
I love hearing that a unconscious thing I do every day is helping me!!
same! for real

Same but I never did the front side only the back until now
Spot on Doc.!
Make it a GREAT day everyone!
I had such a tight wrist after my gym sesh today and this video helped take away a lot of pain ! 🙏🏻
Oooo, this actually feels really nice, thank you :D
Innocent comment but the pfp makes u sound not innocent lmao

Yoooo thank you!! I’m a work at a restaurant as a server and usually at the end of the shift my wrist is killing me from hold those trays
Got a subscriber from this. I'm a stocker at Walmart and this has helped more than you know even this first day I've learned it. Thank you!
Omg lol It felt so goooood I almost peed myself laughing once i figured out how to do it. I'm not just shocked I'm shook. Thank you for this🤯😄😂😁
It's impossible to do that while holding my phone.
Lmaoooo its a sign!
😂😂😂
FYI I believe a really good method is holding both points at the same time and shaking your wrist/hand.
Wow, I've watched several wrist exercises, yours works the best and it's so simple too
That actually made a huge difference. Im a mix /audio engineer for work and I come home and after like a 1 hour workout I spend the rest of my day playing video games so my wrists take a beating. Thanks! You earned a sub!
How's your earnings bro was thinking of doing audio engeneering for my college
@@defaultviiv im a sound engineer, i mean its not amazing if your working in a venue/ freelancing but if you can get on tour with a band then you can make some more money, if youre serious about it then you need to find an internship or job asap, uou can learn more on the job in a month than you will in uni
@@defaultviiv same!!
I ride motorcycles my whole life, and I always wandered about the pain I feel in the exact areas you showed us in this video. I am about to try these little tricks of yours.
Get a trigger point release manual and you will be able to do that for every muscle in your body.
We should teach this in health classes. It would be practical and help avoid our common aches and pain.
Thank you dr love this it works
When I quickly read this, I thought you were calling him Dr Love, which really, he is very caring, and may be appropriate! I have a t-shirt that says:
Let's eat Grandma!
Let's eat, Grandma!
Commas save lives!
It's too bad that commas and other punctuation are extremely misunderstood, and in fact, lately thought to be unnecessary. NOT TRUE!
@@yvetteandjorgenlarsen9753 I apologise, I forgot. 😞
How Do U Always Come Up For Me This Way...
GOD BLESS U ❤❤❤...
I’ve dislocated both of mine! 😀 They randomly pop anyway. I have soft braces for them since my docs tell me they can’t do anything for them.
I genuinely could not move my left thumb after doing this….it scared me so much. I was wobbling my hand around for about 20 minutes before I slowly gained strength😂 I previously did a wrist exercise which may have contributed but this was definitely one of the scariest and funniest experiences of my life. I immediately went to the comment section and gladly I was the only one that had this happen😂 Literally could move all the other fingers but my thumb
I moved it around with my right hand and everything😭 NEVER do this after strenuous exercise!
