    Great video, and it's nice to have so many videos about this topic because I think that dropshipping will always be viable and very lucrative. The key is to find good trending products which truly deliver value to your customer. Of course, it's not always easy to come by these good products (I am personally using a bit of winnerzila as they give out five products per week, and at least three are absolute winners). At the end of the day, the most important thing is to find what works best for you and your business.

      Nice, saw it, first time I head a DS talk about this. So you'd fully rely on FB and not limited the products that are being fed per category ? And not creating media but simply having the images the products have ?
      It seems like a better strategy than videos for 1 product to identify winner(s) but I imagine it's not that simple. I wonder if it's also related to the pixel history or FB can directly position your products.

    • @theecomzone
      @theecomzone  4 місяці тому

      @@MrJ17J Some UA-camrs actually talk about this method of advertising but just not many dropshippers. The problem with Dropshipping UA-camrs is that they all just circle-jerk each other. 90% of them just talk about running up one-product stores and blasting out ads for a few months, flexing their sales without showing ad spend for clout and course sales.
      It's actually quite simple, I've launched new categories within my niche and it worked out for that category. I will go into more details regarding this strategy soon.

    @bufox111 I can't find your latest comment, but I can preview what you said about your product values. $30 to $80 sounds good, but you only really start to see a profit if your AOV is around $50. If you're running ads for $30 products, you won't be able to survive as Meta ads will just eat into your profits when they're unable to find your customers.

    Your content is very good! Thank you very much, it has been very helpful to me. I have two questions:
    1- I have a store with a large product mix, so testing just one product at a time is difficult. In this case, do you think it's feasible to test a campaign with 3 ad sets, each with a different carousel, for example?
    2 - If 2 creatives perform well, but they belong to different ad sets, should I turn off all other creatives, leave only those two running, and increase the budget of each ad set?
    Thank you

      1. ua-cam.com/video/tdl9LQifEA4/v-deo.htmlsi=n5ZBLdykCoVSeB2T watch this and try running dynamic carousel ads.
      2. I only turn off ads if they're over $1 cpc, Meta only tracks 50% of my sales so I don't turn things off unless they're performing like trash as I may be switching off the wrong ad.

    CPA: 19.84$
    ATC: 2.51%
    CHECKOUT: 1.31%

    Another question I'm curious about is when we review ads, should we review them from the date they started or should we review them on a daily basis? Sometimes it's very good, sometimes it's bad, what should we do?

      Oooof CPMs are really expensive but CPC makes up for it. You definitely have an issue at checkout, but finding out what that is requires me to actually look at your funnel. It can be a range of reasons: pricing, shipping times, payment options, product saturation, offer, urgency, etc.

      @theecomzone  4 місяці тому

      There can be multiple reasons why your ads are not pulling in sales. The problem is your CPC is less than $1 already so the problem isn't really with your ads. Ofc you can always optimise this and reduce it but overall your ads aren't the biggest issue. Next is your website, you had a 3% ATC rate but 0% purchasing, there's a big drop off here and you should also try looking at improving your product page to increase your ATC rate. If you don't mind I can take a look at your website for you and give you some quick pointers. You can also watch my other videos regarding website optimisation.

    I need help with my Ads! I ran two Advantage+ campaigns at $25 per day each. Here are my stats:
    CPM: $3.49 and $3.59
    CPC: $0.48 and $0.19
    CTR: 0.72% and 1.89%
    CPA: N/A
    2 Questions:
    1. I ran my ads in all my markets (US, Europe, Australia, Canada, etc). Would you suggest focusing on one or two countries at a time?
    2. Is it more beneficial to invest more money in a single Ad or spread the money out across multiple ads at a time? For example, $50/day on one ad or $25/day on two ads?

    • @theecomzone
      @theecomzone  4 місяці тому +1

      1. Running to all is fine, but I split countries into different adsets within a campaign, all broad just country is different.
      2. Spread the money and let Meta find the winners for you. You should be doing $50 a day and like 5 creatives inside, you can even increase it to 10 creatives/different copies.
      Your CPC looks fine to me so it might be a website issue, whats your shopify metrics for atc, checkout, purchases.

    I'm using your method and have found a winning ad and have had a few orders.
    The cpm, cpc, and ctr indexes are all at a good level, but the conversion rate on the website is not really good, but still temporarily acceptable. I think the cause is the landing page, so I want to test whether the homepage, collection page, or product page will perform better. There are 3 ways to do this
    1. Update the winning adset by duplicating the ad and changing the landing page url
    2. Duplicate the adset and change the landing page url
    3. Duplicate the campaign and change the landing page url.
    Which of these 3 methods should I use? Thank you.

    1. If we are doing niche store, will customer compare the price of our store with Amazon? Since we sell at higher price, im not sure if that's the factor that make people hesitate to purchase or not.
    2. If they buy multiple product from your store, will they get it on the same time? (Maybe each product got different supplier)

      Welcome to the channel bro, glad you checked me out. I answer these questions in my other videos but yes sadly customers can compare your items on Amazon, so that's why you want to be the first to sell items and build a brand so people feel like they're buying from a brand. You're also selling to people who are impulse buyers if you're running Meta Ads.
      2. I talk about this in my recent AliExpress video, check it out and the one about AliExpress vs 3PL.

    Ive noticed you use only meta ads, have you explored tiktok ads? Or do you primarily use meta due to your ongoing success and the additional workload of managing tiktok ads might be too much. Id love to know, Im still starting out but I was thinking of focusing on either meta or tiktok ads then branching out once Ive narrowed down on successful campaigns on either platform.

    • @theecomzone
      @theecomzone  4 місяці тому

      I've explored TikTok ads and tbh they don't work that great with my niche, my products are pretty saturated on there IMO and I don't have enough video creatives to constantly keep updating them. Meta ads are pretty much automated now that they introduced Dynamic Carousel Ads. They pick winning products and scale them for me, all I have to do is keep adding new products to my store. Any winning products I scale in another adset.
      You should try both and see what works best for your niche and video creatives. But understanding the metrics is pretty similar to one another: cpm, ctr, cpc, cpa, video metrics, etc.

    • @robotkiller987
      @robotkiller987 4 місяці тому

      I understand. I did a quick google of the dynamic carousel ads and they say they promote your entire product catalog, am I right to assume you have to upload pics/creatives of your products for meta to optimize and promote? Additionally, with you selling a variety of items, I imagine carousel ads do best for you since I believe you said you have over 2k+ products. Thanks for the quick response!@@theecomzone

    • @robotkiller987
      @robotkiller987 4 місяці тому

      So for the dynamic carousel ads, do you have to manually upload images/videos of new products so meta can continously optimize the creatives that perform the best? Or it has the catalog from your website and advertises them that way? I am currently still looking through the products within my niche, am having a bit of trouble decided on what to market. Thanks for the response!@@theecomzone

    • @robotkiller987
      @robotkiller987 4 місяці тому

      Thanks for the quick response! When you say meta's carousel ads pick winning products for you and all you have to do is add products to your store, does the backend somehow keep track of your catalog and just optimize ads towards the products that perform the best? or do you upload your own creatives (vids/imgs) for each product in your catalog and just let meta do its thing?

    • @theecomzone
      @theecomzone  4 місяці тому +1

      @@robotkiller987 totally automated you just need to make sure you've set your filters up correctly on your product sets in the catalogue section on Meta. I'm going to film a video tonight on this as it's probably the easiest thing to set up. You just need a number of products within a niche
