Another wonderful practice Devi. The asana flow, the cueing, and no music(which means I can play music that I have curated myself) makes this practice , and all your practices, incredibly satisfying. I very much appreciate the longer intermediate holds .
I loved dragon pose on 2 blocks so I do not need to support on my hands. I did half saddle and realised I forgot the other side. But feeling good now. Thx ❤😊❤.
Hi Devi, thank you for reminding us that our body can be beautiful. There are some (well, many) days when I don't think so... Thanks to black friday sale, I invested into a bolster (I took a Manduka), and now I use it in almost every yin class, it's a life changer (my cat loves it too ! ! ! !)
Glad to hear you're appreciating the variations, Karine. How awesome you treated yourself to a bolster! I've got more bolster yin classes coming soon ❤️
Really loved this deeper longer stretchy class. Glad I had more time this morning. Esp. enjoyed deeper dragon to stretch more hamstrings. And side dragon! I played w using a block on inside leg and back of my hand gently pressing into inner leg. Appreciate your style and cadence of teaching. Love seeing the name/time. And I'll add here that I esp. 🫶🏻 when you include sound at the end, om, or any toning. 💥🥰🫶🏻🙏👉🏻💗
Woah. I e done other intermediates but this one was a doozy. Couldn’t do that split pose cuz it hurt my knees but I could hear you telling me to go back to dragon pose so I did. Being gentle with myself. 🙏 relaxing and invigorating.
Also, your classes are the first I've taken with consistent rebound poses in between every set or single stretch. You are b]generous with them. The impact for me is that my body feels much safer to go deeper knowing there will be rest. In my efforts over the decades to deepen my stretches, sometimes I've gotten injured from not resting in between. Thank you.
I have really been enjoying this teacher for the past few months. This is one of her yummiest practices. I am 66 and this was a fully accessible practice with two blocks and a strap for the cat tail pose. Thanks, this goes on my short list.
I loved this class. I thought your Rebound was Radicle! I really felt the tension leave my joints. I feel this would be very beneficial for all. Thank you. Happy Solstice.

I appreciate your teaching style. The timing, instructions and no music makes this one of the best on UA-cam.
I'm glad you liked it, Melanie! ❤️
I like music free yoga videos too 😂

Glad to gear your dragon variation, sounds great! And I’m glad to know you like the toning (I think I need the encouragement!)
Weekend well spent doing these yoga poses. Feel good now. Thank you.

Yes! It’s not yin unless it has the rebounds - at least not in my book!

I didn't know much about rebound until I saw your video. It makes such a difference.
Fabulous!! Went straight to favorites. I like the minute counter. Namaste !

Great sequence for total body stretch and fascia stimulation, thank you! There are so many benefits of yin!
So glad you enjoyed this and that you're loving yin!
Some of my favourite poses, thank you. By the time we reached 'cat pulling it's tail', I just wanted to stay there all morning 😅.
Wonderful that you were able to rest so deeply, Julie!
Thank you for this beautiful class, Devi. Wintertime and your Yin: such a sweet combination to relax and let go.☃❄🌠
