I watch your videos I have a doubt u added baking powder and soda and left the batter to rest will this slow the batter to rise as usually it’s said to add these two just before putting the batter to bake

How will it taste if we use powered jaggery in place of sugar? Is it possible to replace sugar with jaggery?
Yes mam ive tried it you can definitely try out with jaggery but cake will turn bit of Brown color that's it.. but taste good and healthy
