1.5 cup semolina
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

I am professional baker . Baking from last 4-5 years professionally I "Tried" this recipe n result is so amazing. I never imagin rava cake will b so tasty.. but its 100% real recipe loved it..
She told to keet batter for 1/2 an hour, but we already added baking soda and baking powder n kept for 1/2 hour after that then also cake can rise proper. Or v should add before baking it.

I got an excellent cake made wd ds receipe... I used vinegar for baking powder, wheat flour for maida and elaichi powder for vanilla... superb cake.. yummy nd tasty..

I tried this today Tasty was like wowww OMG this is really amazing. Thank you so much for such an easy and tasty cake. This was my all-time fav cake Iyengar special. I didn't had vanilla essence so I skipped it instead of butter I used some ghee and coconut oil and when it was completely baked I have added some sugar syrup twice. Everyone loved this!

I tried this recipe for a pineapple upside down cake.... I baked the pineapple upside down cake Two times before With other only maida cake recipes... It dint turn out well... It was too moist... It did not come out whole...
I thought the good old rava cake would be perfect for it... I have baked it in the past a number of times... But needed a brush up for the quantities...
This Recipe was just perfect... The cake came out so well... The entire cake got gobbled up 😋😋😋 in 10 minutes...
The only thing is i took all the measurements in a medium sized Steel Vati... And I also added Some milk powder....

I followed exact same ingredients and quantity. I made rawa batter soak for 1 hour. I baked it in 7 inch square pan. My cake was not baked in middle partially but baked well from side

I'm not a professional, but try using a bigger size tin Or you can lower the temperature a little and bake it for some more time.. It mostly happens when your oven is too hot.. If it gets too brown on top you can cover it with silver foil.. I hope this helps
