  • isn't it so ironic that people who make it their life's goal to spread toxic 'positivity' are always the ones being insensitive and starting drama in the first place? i mean i guess we sorted it out, they apologized (in a way that seemed ingenuine because they didn't seem like they were aware of what they did wrong and they only cared about their reputation within the community) although I still decided to post this for entertainment purposes and somewhat education of mental health.

As someone with ADHD and Anxiety myself, I am appalled they’re using their disorder as an excuse to get away from punishment. Yes, ADHD can make you impulsive, but it’s not an excuse to get out of punishment. It certainly doesn’t mean that they’re immune from whatever punishment may come from their behavior. When I interrupt, my parents correct my behavior, point out that I interrupted and have me wait till whoever was speaking is done speaking. Or if I were to interrupt a college class, I’d be told to leave the room. I’m not immune from punishment just because I have mental health issues.
TLDR: ADHD is not an excuse to get away with bad behavior. Using mental health as an excuse to get out of punishment, only increases the stigma against us.

THIS, I can agree with this. I have ADD with myself and never blame my actions for that disorder. I don’t see myself different from others because of this disorder that I have. Using ADHD or ADD as an excuse for your behavior is absolutely wrong. Even though you have it, doesn’t mean you can get privileges!

This sounds exactly like this one girl from my class, she’ll literally sit there singing super loud in class and use the excuse that she has ADHD. She acts super “chaotic” and “quirky” around others but I can say from experience that she is two faced and will be laughing and shouting one minute and then she pulls you aside to give you a dirty look and make fun of you.

Bro I too have ADHD and Anxiety, but I'm in DS. I passed the trial stage and I don't act out like that in practices and calls lol. It has nothing to do with mental health, that is one of the most childish excuse for ur own actions.

I also have severe ADHD and anxiety, and I am appalled that people use it as an excuse to get out of things, and I know this person isn’t the only one but it affects people with, for example; ADHD, anxiety etc.
Ok so maybe this person does have ADHD and anxiety, but as I said using it as an excuse can cause problems for other people in the world that have ADHD, anxiety etc. (just using these as examples) there have been times when I have missed work assignments at school because what caused my severe anxiety is going on in my life at that moment and I just take a break away from my school work. And I still complete that work, even if it’s a week late, but there are always one or two kids(and in my experience it’s becoming more frequent) who have said to me I’m just using my anxiety to get out of doing school work that I don’t want to do, and when people use anxiety etc. it impacts everyone.

As someone for who has gotten kicked out of a club previously. I had recently done a very dumb thing but I did not lie about it. I owned up and took the consequences. I have ADHD and Anxiety as well and in no circumstances would I use that as an excuse. I am a human and I make mistakes which I can say proudly because I would rather make mistakes and learn then be perfect and never learn. Mental disorders are in no way an excuse for this. A removal most often has a reasoning and when I got removed I **politely** requested an answer on why and they responded. I owned up, apologized and moved on. ANYONE has a right to be upset with that sort of situation (getting kicked from a club) That is a completely reasonable emotion for that. I hope everyone reading this has a good day!

As a person with ADHD/ADD and who has a sister with anxiety this is not good behavior even I do not interrupt my members when they talk and nor do I finish their sentences without permission and if I ever do something like that I always apologize and correct my ways but it seems like this person is using ADHD as a excuse for being very disrespectful and rude.

Ok. This is a lot. Truly if I was in the situation and I knew I was wrong I would admit that I did do something wrong and deal with the consequences. I would not try to get people to go and hate at the club and I wouldn't even bring it up to anyone. I don't have ADHD but I know people that do. Sometimes they may do something but if it was rude towards anyone they will apologize. You just can't use that as an excuse. I'm sorry you have to go through this. She seem very immature and is acting like a 7 year old, not trying to hate but you have to own up even when it's hard. Also a tip: If you are in a popular or some what popular club be yourself don't try to interrupt others, be cool, do things you wouldn't normally do, ect. Seriously I personally have done it and it just becomes tiring and one day or another someone is going to find out that maybe you don't actually do something you said you did or don't have something you said you had. Just be you and I think people will like you more for you being you then you not being you. Now I could ramble on for a while but I won't. I love your videos Snow and I hope this doesn't happen and if it does at least it will be a learning experience. Love you, peace.

10:48 YES. That crap makes my blood boil, and it's so immature. "Outfit claiming" is a very popular tactic in our server, many pretty outfits are taken. There's this beautiful red outfit that i wanted to buy, but it "belongs" to a very big and popular club in our server, and they're also known to be very rude, unconsiderate, and aggressive towards literally anyone who "steals" their stuff (they literally got salty because another club "stole" their photo by recreating the same pose, which consists in the club members creating a heart shape on the ground, the most common pose EVER), so yeah. I can't even wear a red outfit without getting cyber-bullied by a bunch of 16 years olds behaving like 9 years olds.

I feel you. When I was 14 I didn't have a club, but there was this club member who was constantly asking for attention in the club chat. The owner gave her all the attention she wanted, me and other club members just kinda stood there, away from the owner and the attention seeker. I wanted to talk about this with the club owner, which pretty quickly led to me being thrown out of the club.
      Anyways that's my story lol

As a person with a sister who has ADHD she does interrupt people, but I am as the last comment appalled they are using that for an excuse to get out of punishment. When in high school classes with my sister, she will interrupt sometimes but the teacher does know of her disability and is kindly given a warning, and has to step out of the room for a few minutes. If she simply has to interrupt maybe don’t unmute/tell it to herself/ or apologize if she just has to interrupt, knowing she should not.

I agree that someone shouldn‘t use a mental health issue as an excuse and what that person has done is not right, but I also wanna say that sometimes things happen that you, yourself, can‘t control. Yes it wasn‘t the case here (I assume). I do think treating everyone equally, as it was said in the video, is important, but sometimes there are situations where people can‘t be treated equally. For example if someone, that has selective mutism, doesn‘t answer a question they are being asked, bc they can’t speak at the time, they are asked something, they shouldn’t be judged for it. You get my point Ig. No offense to anyone. I just wanted to say that.

9:52 Since when was lying about your age a bad thing-? like on video games I never say my real age because you don't know WHAT can happen with that and who can 'take over' you. Second of all, if you are BANNED from a club because you were disrupting or weren't doing a job you were assigned and AGREED to do, and you never do it, then there should be a consequence to that. Like they aren't going to assign you a important/good role and just let you not do it for like 3 weeks and be like 'oh yeah no problem I'll still keep you as dressage leader even though you weren't there for every Wednesday for the past month. No problem.' Like no. You deal with you consequences, and you shouldn't be a child about it and start spreading rumors about innocent clubs, or 'expanding' (like making up things to what happened) on a bad experience. Im so sorry you had to deal with this Snow and I hope that you don't deal with this drama again
