3 words....ABOUT FREAKING TIME!!!!
From his time with Humble Pie to now, a very underrated musical legend.
CONGRATS PETER!!!!
I mean, he’s no Dave Matthews. 🤣
Mathews doesn't hold a candle to Frampton @TeddScheckler
I think he was joking there. Fk yea...PETER!!!❤
@@boopster4033 ding ding ding! 💯
At last, I have been a fan since I was 16, now 71, 😢I am in bits, it's just so emotional. My favourite rock star, guitar player🎸 of all time.
I am sooooo happy for Peter 🎉
I’ve never seen Peter Frampton without a smile on his face. The guy is a real down to earth human being. Well deserved honor way past due.
@@kentroskelley1389 I agree.
He’s fun in concert. Really a joyful soul.
Damn
He's a beautiful person 💖
If there was ever a musician who deserved to be an inducted member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame...Mr. Peter Frampton!
If this doesn't give you chills, you're dead.
Agreed!!!
Absolutely.. You got that right 👍
You got that right. I got tears of joy in my eyes too
Loved this
I played this album hundreds of times in the 70's. This was my favorite performance of the ceremony.
Wishing this legend the best..........
Frampton Comes Alive is an absolute masterpiece!
Greatest live album ever.
It really is .
This was the BEST! A total dark horse performance for 2024! Totally blew the roof off!
Love Peter Framton. He deserves to be in the Rock n Roll Hall Of Fame.

The guitar chops, the voice, the looks (still hot!😍) wow! Great performance. Congrats on HOF, Peter! Long overdue!
I have chills watching this. I snagged Frampton Comes Alive from my mom’s collection years ago. I’m 57, she was 75 and unexpectedly passed in September. This is for you Mom. Thank you for posting this! 🎸 💕
My condolences.

FRAMPTON COMES(AND IS STILL) ALIVE!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS ABOUT TME!!!
Thrilled to see Peter finally be given this honor. He'll always be one of the musical highlights of my youth❣️ THAT'S ROCK & ROLL!! Do you feel like I do????
After all these years he still sounds and plays great!
Super well done by two true gentlemen in the music business. Kieth Urban reminds me of a modern day Frampton.
To be honest, my heart just sank when I read that Peter was diagnosed with the same disease that decimated my father, Bless his soul - Inclusion Body Myostitis - of which there is no cure. The stories I read on the IBM Facebook group breaks my heart. But to see that Peter is able to actually go back out on tour, and to be inducted - Finally - makes my heart soar. ❤🕊❤
I'm sorry about your dad. When Frampton was diagnosed with IBM I read up about it so devastating. My heart goes out to you and your family and anyone with this disease
His live performances are breathtaking
He takes it all in stride. Great attitude.
This man is a warrior ❤
Sorry to read. My grandfather lived for 20 years with IBM. There were so few cases in Canada at that time the doctors thought it was ALS, but he did not decline at the same rate. He had excellent and sometimes experimental care. Lived to 84 when it took the muscles needed to eat
Still sounds as good as the Frampton Comes Alive period. Pete deserves all the accolades.
Great artist, great guy.
Well deserved. Congratulations Peter!
Congrats to Mr Peter Frampton! You earned this!
Frampton was a true Rock Star in the 1970’s, but is also an ultimate “player” - so skilled, combined with his “feel” for a song. Total Legend 👍
About time Peter got into the HOF. This is about 25 years past due. One of the best performers and guitarists in a live setting ever.
Frampton sounds excellent
His voice is fuckin intact.
I was there and the crowd went absolutely crazy for Frampton's induction and performance. It was an incredible
Awesome! Must've been an incredible evening!
That must have been great!! He's always flown under the radar, but even at 77 he can rock
I was there also. Gave me goosebumps.
Same! I was there and was waiting all night for his induction! His performance was incredible! I’ve rewatched it on Disney+ 10 times!
I was there, too. Unforgettable night of joy and respect for our dear fellow. ❤
Peter has such a distinctive voice.
Voice sounding great. So distinctive. Playing as always elegant and classy. Enjoy.
I have loved this man for years! So happy to see his well deserved honor! Frampton Comes Alive will never die!
Congrads Peter. KU your awesome to accompany PF, wow what an awesome night and two talented guitatist.
One of our best concerts ever was Peter Frampton -an incredible showman and a super nice guy. Well deserved and long overdue.
Go Peter!
Very happy he got the well deserved recognition. And that Roger Daltrey introduced him. Peter Frampton was very very happy.
I saw Peter Frampton for the first time in St. Louis in 1977. OMG, I was so blown away. This induction is so very well deserved. Congratulations!
Attitude,attitude, attitude 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Someone who absolutely deserves to be there. Mr. Peter Frampton.
I adore, adore, ADORE Frampton since my teen days in the 1970's!! Saw him at madison square garden in NY around the time "Alive" was released. Crappy seats but still utterly MAGICAL !!!! and - Wow - IT'S ABOUT FLIPPING TIME !!!!! He sounds just the same and the joy on his face when he plays his guitar for an audience just brings happy tears to my eyes !!! ... and may I say that Keith is totally kicking ass, here, too !!
Definitely one of the highlights of the ceremony! Frampton rocks
It’s about DAMN TIME! Well done Mr. Frampton. Very well deserved!
One of the GOATS. First show in 76 and 15+ more and last year sitting down was still great.

Sitting or standing Peter is the best guitarist
About time!!! The 70's still rocks!!❤❤❤ Peter still great as ever. ❤❤❤✌️✌️✌️
not sure if younger people know this, but as a teenager in the 70's, we were all issued frampton comes alive. every single teenager, male or female, had their copy of it in their album collection. some used it to separate the stems and seeds. love peter! well deserved! 😊
Love your post. True and funny
💯😂
Well, I certainly had a copy and I went to see him in 1976 to boot 😁
Oh geez I had to laugh when I saw this! So true, today’s generation have no idea how great the 70’s were. Frampton comes alive was a must have for sure.
Alive was my 1st album. I'm 57 and still have it. Love you Peter!
"Do you feel" The all-time greatest song ever recorded. What a hot audience participating in the exchange of his greatness. I'm also 74 yo & when the album released it was all I played front to back over & over. Thank You so much Peter!
Way overdue for this honor.. he’s still killing it at this age.. this put a smile on my face and rocked to it all.. love this.. congratulations Peter Framptom your timeless 💙
It's about time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations.....such a talented musician..and nice person 👏
LONG overdue! Way to go, Peter!!!!! Congratulations!
My very first concert Frampton Comes Alive 1976 I was 14 yrs old in Las Vegas,he blew my mind!
Mine too! 1977 Madison Square Garden! Unforgettable!
Great duet! They are good together.
Congratulations!
Keith Urban!!! OMG!
What a shredder!!
🎸🔥❤️
IKR!!!
Frampton means so much to me. Comes Alive was the first LP I bought when I only had enough money for one. When I listen now what comes across in every song is pure joy. I saw Frampton one time just a few years ago in the Lincoln Theater in DC. Was amazing including the tribute to that iconic Les Paul that came back like a phoenix. When I saw the Hall of Fame performance I was so moved that Keith Urban elected to sit. Something about that simple gesture says everything.
Couldn't agree more! First album for me too. Though my brother & I had to go home empty handed because Frampton Comes Alive turned out to be a double album and we only had money for one LP. Luckily, my Dad saved the day!
Now that’s a Jam session!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I have seen Peter three times. I am 64. Every time was phenomenal ,that's the thing about Peter his consistency was spot on every time! It's always a show to remember! Well deserved Mr Frampton 👏
Have seen nothing Peter Frampton and Keith Urban in concerts!! Love them Both!!!
He's in great voice too!
It was the bicentennial year of 1976, I was 13 years old &, " Frampton Comes Alive" was released, nuff said. I still have the double LP, & my PF poster! Love him!! Congrats Peter!!
Same age.
Growing up in this era. was the best. I have such fond memories. Now I'm 60. but I feel like I'm 20. When I hear his music.
What a talent! It’s about bloody time.
peter is still so good his voice to his riffs...so many great hits
The best performance of the night!
Absolutely amazing artist if you close your eyes and listened you'd think it was 40 years ago his voice is timeless and still sounds just as good as his first album congratulations on your induction.
Frampton comes alive! Great times the 70s
I have listened, seen him several times in concert before anyone barely knew his name… all the way back in the 70’s. So glad this is finally catching on. He is fantastic… it’s been a pleasure to grow old with Peter Frampton!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Me too! I’m 67
Hot damn!! Now that is rock and roll!! Frampton comes alive again!!
That performance brought tears to my eyes, and I applauded while sitting in my home office! WOW! Peter and Keith and band WOW! We loved the "Frampton Comes Alive" album as young teens. We would sit and listen to it and sing along. I was also fortunate to catch the David Bowie Glass Spider tour and sat waiting for Peter Frampton to show up. David was phenomenal and Peter's entrance was unforgettable. Thank you, Peter Frampton, thank you David Bowie, thank you Roger Daltry and thank you Keith Urban. WOW! If you have not seen the videos of Peter playing during the tribute to the Beatles - check out the entire tribute and watch Peter play.
I wept with tears of joy. The guitar legend is finally in the Hall of Fame.
I'm seriously shocked he wasn't already in the hall of fame, what a legend
That’s because the HOF selection process is seriously messed up.
A true R & R star! Well deserved.
Love Peter.. great guitarist
LEGEND!
I’m so freaking so happy for him! He’s a talented and classy human being. I make sure to see him whenever he plays in Cincinnati. Congrats!!
This was the anthem of my youth when I was 16 ! I cry every time I watch this ! Incredible , fantastic performance !
My dad used to play this from his live album when I was little (probably 6 or 7, I'm a few years shy of 30 now) and explained to me how he would talk with his guitar. This song is one of the few ways my dad comes back to life for me and I'm so grateful that I saw this tonight. Peter has a special place in my heart and this was a phenomenal performance, as always! ❤🎉
Bring down the house why don't ya! Just awesome! Frampton's still got it!
I knew of Mr. Frampton‘s music which started with baby. I love your way. When I went off to college my dorm mates would play. Do you feel like we do every Friday afternoon. It became our anthem that year and I decided that I wanted to wanted to see Mr. Frampton perform live.
That journey which became inspired in 2007 has been fulfilled
Five times. What I love about Mr. Frampton‘s performances is they don’t feel like a show but rather hanging in with your friends. Of course, the deeper I have went into his music catalogue. I discovered Humble Pie, which I love.
Now my goal is to keep these songs alive by playing guitar myself. I have been blown away by Mr. Frampton‘s honorable heart.
He is undoubtably an extra extraordinary guitar player and artist, but he is a tremendously giving human being.
Well deserved and congratulations Mr. Frampton. Thank you for your gift and sharing it with the world.
Crown moment, Peter Frampton sings at his Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction, such a iconic song. I do think its be way over due. When you get down there is nothing like listening to Peter Frampton. A must in anybodys music catalog.
Love this guy
Thanks for the Music Peter!
Shine On!
I have the double album Frampton comes Alive❤❤. A freaking masterpiece ❤🎸🎸🎤🎤🎤🎵🎵❤❤. He still looks and sounds fantastic ❤❤❤.
Incredible performance and talent!! Way overdue!! Peter you're the Best!!
Frampton heck yes !!!!! Love that you chose Keith Urban …. Both legend guitar players and have the true talent & it showcases so perfectly here !!!!! 🎶🎼🎵🎤🎸
Saw Peter last summer in Cincinnati. He's still has the charm, very entertaining. Glad he's finally being recognized.
He used to live in Cincinnati. Married a girl from there
What a beautiful human being in addition to a legendary and under appreciated artist. This is a much-deserved honor.
God bless Peter Frampton! What a freaking LEGEND!!!!!
About time now it's time for BAD COMPANY
And freaking Super Tramp!!!
✌️&❤
And Paul Rodgers' other band, Free!!
@@janejohnson8143 Tommy James and Shondells as well i think Foreigner should had been in HOF years ago. Many bands getting screwed 3 Dog Night depending how old you are
And Grand Funk Railroad.
Well that about sums that up! He just blew the doors off the place sitting down. Absolutely a Barn Burner!
First I played the Frampton Comes Alive record. Then I put it on Cassette, CD and now Spotify. Still the best live album ever!
Frampton STILL comes alive!!! Congrats, Peter! ❤
I saw Peter in concert last year and seriously got the chills hearing this song live. This man is a legend. So thrilled he's finally being inducted into the Hall of Fame!!
Me too. I cried after every song thinking how lucky I was to be there watching this legend in person. I first heard him putting my cassette in the 8 track player !
Everytime I've seen Peter in concert (18 privileged times) including 1975 Frampton Comes Alive Tour I've shed a tear of joy sometime during every performance. Frampton's a guitar genius
I was 14 when Peter's Frampton Comes Alive came out! Like it was everywhere that summer, the radio, in cars driving by! You couldn't escape it and why would you want to? It was as fabulous then as it is today. Peter still sounds great I'm so glad he's getting the long deserved honor!❤️🎸😎👍
Frampton comes alive is one of the most iconic live albums ever, coming out in 1976 when live albums typically didn't sell. Give that album a listen, it's excellent. Congrats Peter you still sound terrific! and the story about that Les Paul guitar he played on the cover of that record, he believed was destroyed in a plane crash in 1980 only recover that guitar 31 years later - cool story.
live albums didn't sell in 1976? Google KISS Alive! Live albums sold very well in the '70s it was the '80s when no one bought live albums! IMO anyway!
@@raaawkstaaar OK teacher thank you for your input
An iconic album in an era where many artists released live albums to just fulfill record company contracts
I've hadn't heard the first song on Peter Frampton live in years. Always loved that song.
He is amazing ❤
