Here in germany we walk very much not only on streets but also on sand and through nature. I think that is also very important for your toes so they have to move and have to carry your weight.

Wow I just saw this, this is a great idea, I have been using toe spacers, which have straightened some permanently, taken almost 4 years but it is better than it has been and now I am trying my both my 4th and 5th toe. the toe spacers work but as soon as I take them off they start to curl again. I am gonna to try this with my toe spacers and hope it helps.

Thank you. This was great, has already relieved the pain so I can walk for the day. According to a study on babies they wrapped the toes for 6 months and it corrected 94% of the babies toes. I know you say this is temporary but I intend to keep doing it for a few months to see if it will work to correct the problem. Wish me luck!

I have this problem and was told it was hammer toe! So bad that I got a wart on the underside of the toe and have tried everything from old wives tales like match burning and freezing. Used the drugstore Freeze it 2 times and one visit via a Nurse Practitioner! Used silica patches and liquid! Saw a foot doctor 3 times where they just shaved the callus (that protected the wart) and tried selling me some cream saw another foot Doctor who gave mr two rounds of Beetle Juice.....let it heal for months where I’m still feeling sensitivity there with a new callous grown! I can’t seem to rid myself of this thing. Is it maybe an ulcer, like an open wound that can never heal cuz I walk on it? With hundreds of warts out there I don’t know what to do and seems no one does either with not much on the internet with a wart/ulcer exactly on the bottom side of pinky toe? HELP as it affects my quality of life...

If you want to get rid of the wart use apple cider vinegar specifically mother's brand and then take a bandaid with a paper towel soak the small piece of paper towel with apple cider vinegar then place on wart and then put the band aid over the wart and let it stay there over night while you sleep repeat once a night for a month you'll see results most likely in a week goodluck

If you're desperate for change, make a concerted effort to eat a wider variety of foods, and completely cut out known unhealthy or lazy food options. Too much bread, too much sugar, that kind of stuff is what the fungus feeds on, coursing through your bloodstream. Everything you eat often directly affects our blood quality. How else will calcium and vitamins travel through the body? This is where fungus gets a lot of its stubbornness.
Now, for the solution, make your diet too acidic for the viral fungus to survive, combined with topical iodine before sleep. Apple cider vinegar is one example off the top of my head. Refer to Eric Berg's video on toenail fungus. I gotta do all of the above, I eat too many sugary/bready simple foods 😬

There's one gel called "Wartner". I live in Bulgaria and we got this "Wart Pen" from "Wartner". It's literally like a pen with some gel inside which is put on the wart. I had a few warts on my hands and it makes the warts dry, then after a few weeks they come off and in the next 6 months the mark is completely healed. If you google "Wartner Wart Pen" it will come up.

I've had this problem on and off with both pinky toes for the past 4 years and every podiatrist I saw when I was trying to find a solution was only too quick to tell me that the only permanent fix was surgery and they were only too happy to do it. I still haven't had it done because though all of them described this as every minor surgery, I have my doubts that it will work and won't just cause more problems.
