I wanted to keep going but I couldn't force feed myself anymore. Then when the weights got too heavy I tore two discs and have been in pain the past 8 years. Charles Glass was THE COACH in the early 90s, and even now there are few people on the planet more knowledgeable when it comes to drugs, nutrition and contest prep.
I’m 21 years old. My test level was 127 at the lowest. My Dr put me on test do get my levels up back to a normal level. I haven’t felt better in my life. My lifts are better. My cardiovascular system is better. My mental health has improved the most. I finally have confidence again. I give blood every few months to keep my red blood cell count down and I get blood tests often. Everything checks out fine every time!
I'm checked every 3 months, and Charles has done the decent thing. To many kids hitting 500mg test a week with other compounds leave the stuff alone. Every one is on the wagon of get huge. Eat sleep put in the work, be paitent job done
You can definitely improve your physique naturally but you'll never gain the bodybuilder physique and size with out taking the drugs. An example of that is growth hormone and insulin, very common amongst bodybuilders and they literally grow new muscle cells using thise 2 drugs, iys impossible to do that naturally
When I was younger, I was all about trying to get big and muscular; nowadays since I'm older, I rather have an athletic/muscular look and just being healthy. Eating healthy, doing yoga to stretch out the muscles, and gym 3-4 times a week.
As usual, incredible information from the Godfather. But what exactly do I ask for with the physical? Are there specific tests? I've been active duty military for the past 14 years and have no idea what to request from my doc.
Good advice especially if your taking the sauce! at the same time it’s really sad bodybuilding has become more about who’s the biggest and how to stay alive! Stay natural, strong and healthy!
A lot of people have a disorder called body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), being in a state of mind obsess with the appearance of their body. Willing to go to the extreme to look a certain way whether its anorexia or being Bigorexia. Some bodybuilders are waking up, sad to say some will not. 1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things
I laugh at the young guys at the gym that ask me what I took then and take now. Back in the day (my 20s, 30s & 40s) I took egg whites, tuna and protein shakes. Today in my 60s I take egg whites, tuna, protein shakes and Metamucil 😉. Shortcuts (PEDs) are not worth it. Hard work and good food are the way to go.
Tuna and protein shakes are an everyday thing for me now (about 2 months now) I cut out the eggs because of the negative effects on the prostate (but I miss them so much) maybe egg whites are a good option for me.
@@gyastly2737 I’m over 60 and many of the “young bucks” in their 20s and 30s can’t keep up to my pace. They may lift heavier but fewer reps and sets. I only allow a max of 30 seconds between sets. Try it sometime
I have only been seriously training for a month in the gym. I only decided to build my body recently after years of physical labour jobs and casually weightlifting. I am 35. I can’t relate to other people also bodybuilding. So many want to get bigger and bigger. I am only 5 foot 6 but as a newbie I already weigh 270 pounds and haven’t done anything. I just want to build muscle while lowering my body fat.
In this day and age, if you can't afford "Private" health care (I'm from the UK) seeing a Doctor is almost a myth. The NHS is overrun with patients and understaffed with Drs and nurses.
You need to get a full blood panel done every 3- 6 months. You’re red cell count gets high when on androgens. Doctor will tell you to donate blood every 2-3 months. The Red Cross will love you and you’ll be healthier for it.
One thing I will say about Uncle Glass he’s honest and solid. Has a code or morality..

I give blood every few months to keep my red blood cell count down and I get blood tests often. Everything checks out fine every time!
Some men doesn’t have the luxury of having high test. There is guys out there with low test and are unaware of it. Thats why most guys do steroids.
I'm checked every 3 months, and Charles has done the decent thing. To many kids hitting 500mg test a week with other compounds leave the stuff alone. Every one is on the wagon of get huge. Eat sleep put in the work, be paitent job done
If you're not a pro or going to be one, you're a drug addict and an idiot for taking roids.
You can definitely improve your physique naturally but you'll never gain the bodybuilder physique and size with out taking the drugs. An example of that is growth hormone and insulin, very common amongst bodybuilders and they literally grow new muscle cells using thise 2 drugs, iys impossible to do that naturally
This the most I've ever heard him speak. Great vid..
I agree they must’ve gave him a cup of coffee or something. I do like it.
When I was younger, I was all about trying to get big and muscular; nowadays since I'm older, I rather have an athletic/muscular look and just being healthy. Eating healthy, doing yoga to stretch out the muscles, and gym 3-4 times a week.
Just subscribed. Thanks for all you do Charles.
Respect to Mr glass,thank you
Thank you for the honesty. Following
Been following Unc for a while now!! I LISTEN!!!
This was very much needed to be said. Thanks.
As usual, incredible information from the Godfather. But what exactly do I ask for with the physical? Are there specific tests? I've been active duty military for the past 14 years and have no idea what to request from my doc.
Much of that depends on your age. On what type of physical you should have.
Liver function, heart echocardiogram, cholesterol numbers, testosterone levels - don’t they do full Medicals in the military?
Yep stay away from roids. Better in the long run. Young men need to hear this. Thank you sir glass
We are all waiting 🤝🏻
I'm not. Don't speak for me.
Sooooo educational, dropping gems and diamonds all around. I'm with him on getting a physical..
That's why he's the GOB
I really like this man , strong facts.
Thank you for your honesty. You and menzter brothers, and Boyer coe are the only ones that are honest about drug use.
Good advice especially if your taking the sauce! at the same time it’s really sad bodybuilding has become more about who’s the biggest and how to stay alive!
Stay natural,strong and healthy!
Reppin Madhouse gym! Atlanta’s premier old school gym! Love this
God bless charels i love an respect this man i want to meet him so bad
Am waiting sir God father
A lot of people have a disorder called body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), being in a state of mind obsess with the appearance of their body.
Willing to go to the extreme to look a certain way whether its anorexia or being Bigorexia. Some bodybuilders are waking up, sad to say some will not.
1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things
Words of wisdom.. Pay attention to him..
Could listen to this guy talk all day
Charles is a wise man !
Yeah buddy.. this real talk is good to hear
Ok boomer
Tuna and protein shakes are an everyday thing for me now (about 2 months now) I cut out the eggs because of the negative effects on the prostate (but I miss them so much) maybe egg whites are a good option for me.

I’m over 60 and many of the “young bucks” in their 20s and 30s can’t keep up to my pace. They may lift heavier but fewer reps and sets. I only allow a max of 30 seconds between sets. Try it sometime
Right. When i first started i asked about foods and exercises not the drugs.
Up the dose and hope for the most...
Charles is solid. An inspiration to those who want to know.
Everybody love you Mr. Glass
I take it giving blood could also help with blood pressure too?
