New sub! Your neighbor's daughter is adorable and so respectful and polite. Children like her help keep us young and smiling. You will make a positive impact on her life through your teachings and encouragement, if you so choose. My Filipino neighbor's 7 year old daughter has been stopping by everyday since she was 3 years old to be tutored by me, and to go over her homework assignments. She is academically top of her 7th grade class, class president, girl scout troop leader and well rounded. She plays sports and chess, sings, draws, gardens, cooks, cleans, etc. I taught he to swim and dive and she is proficient at it. She is a model child. I love her like my own. She stays for dinner everyday and lunch on weekends. Her teachers are amazed by her spoken and written English skills. Her Spoken English sounds just like mine and I'm from the midwest. She makes me laugh and melts my heart when she says she loves me. She calls me Daddy Keith, LOL! She goes to Sunday church with my wife and I and our nieces and nephews. I make sure she has decent clothes, footwear, school supplies and lunch, since her parents are poor farmers. The barangay captain and mayor say she will be the President of the Philippines one day. Haha! I get the biggest kick out of watching her learn, mature and thrive. Currently she explains to her parents how to do certain things that they never had the opportunity or privilege to learn. It's the funniest thing to watch. Anyway, you will have a significant positive influence on your neighbors daughter.

Stanley, nice house! Last year we saw two houses in your subdivision, and other subdivisions, but we plan to buy in 2025.... so be on the lookout for us. We do not need a big house but we want a really big lot or adjacent empty lot because one of us really like farming (not animals).

I can understand not giving out an address but perplexed as to why no mention of what city this is in or near and no neighborhood/location either. ???
House looks very unkept so 17k isn't such a great deal unless they did a makeover that includes a total wall prep and paint job and more.

You must not realize how much its gone up to rent here. My house is not as nice as that and would rent for 1500 in a low cost area of the usa

I have to ask - As far as you know would other units similar to this cost about the same ? Rental cost
for this one seems very low considering how much you are getting, is the area simply THAT affordable ?
Also, how bad are typhoons in that area ? - in general of course as storms are never the same.

The prices are very reasonable. They range from around 5000 pesos up to more than 35000. Housing is the biggest savings by far when living here. Thanks for watching 🙂
