It was so great to see the pups. I just love hearing about their cute stories. My assumption is that you are a very positive, upbeat person. You have had some really hard things to deal with like your beach home and the death of Petey, but you seem to be so positive through all the hardship.

Hi Jen, I'm loving that you're back!!!! I love Italian food as well! I love trying new dishes, a few weeks ago my husband and I went out and I decided to try mushroom stuffed ravioli with seasoned veggies and of course, salad and bread, and I loved it! My new fave dish there, lol. I would assume that you take pride in your lovely home, and you enjoy all holidays (well okay, I know this from your past decorating videos), and that you own your home. Also I think you're in your mid 30's, and you enjoy going out sometimes, but also staying home with the boys and a good book is something you like as well! I would assume a good walk in the park with the boys is a lot of fun for you, you seem healthy and fit so exercise is important. Loving your videos!! Also I really hope you make more home decorating videos for all the holidays, I love them so much because I'm all about holidays, lol!!! I love how you can keep an eye on your boys while at work! Necessary for their health but so funny when they get naughty, lol!

I just love your videos and especially love seeing the boys!!!! I assume your first dog (as an adult) was a Lab and you have a VERY special place in your heart for the breed! My first dog as an adult was a Chow, and I loved him so much but he was NOT a social boy at all (typical of the breed), then shortly after him, we got a Pekingese and I LOVE that breed, it’s my 2nd fave. We got our first lab (Atticus, a chocolate) when my youngest son was still in diapers... boy what a blessing!!!!!!! Labs are THE ABSOLUTE BEST and I can’t imagine my life w/o one in it!!!!!!

Jen I would love for you to talk a little about your grieving process with Petee. I lost my dog about a year ago and can’t believe it’s been that long. I still miss him so much but have noticed it is a little better now. I wonder if you could talk about how you feel now that it’s been I think 4 years? Do you still get as sad as before or can you pretty much just think of happy memories when you think of him and feel ok? Thanks!
TheSarahdm1987 I am interested in this as well. My boy is ten, I live in fear of losing him. I feel I would never recover.
greengreyeyes28 I felt exactly the same! Mine was about 10 also. I’m not sure exactly bc he was a stray. But I had him for about that long. He was diagnosed with diabetes suddenly and died about 3 months later. I felt the same way about him and sure thought I would have a lot more time with him. I would definitely do whatever you can to prepare yourself bc it is horrible when it happens, but time does heal. I think the more time that passes the easier it gets.

Sweetie the pig oh gosh, I am SO very sorry to hear about your dog, I share in your grief and I know how hard it is. But my advice to you - be there with you pup until their final breath - as hard as it is - be there - they can sense your being. As much as I never wanted to have to make that decision with my Petee, I thank the Lord that I was there when Petee took his final breath and in turn took his first breath in Heaven. Please know I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
