Hi Julia, these videos are wonderful, and really enjoy seeing the work of other incredibly talented and like minded ladies out there. 🩷 All the tags shown are beautiful and thank you Julia for sharing them with us in YT land. It is a lovely idea that the participants receive in the post, a tag from a fellow clever crafter. I am certainly looking forward to seeing what you all do next. In the meantime, "happy crafting". God's blessings, love and hugs. 🥰🌷❤
After each one was shown, I would say "oh. that one's the best!!" I came to the conclusion that they're all the best! Loved watching your challenge. Hope to see another one soon. Just beautiful!!!
Great artistic work on all the tags everyone, love seeing the video, so sorry for the ones whose tags are lost out in postal limbo. Hope all will get better with the postal department soon.
Thank you for the great challenge Julia. I had never made tags before, I will be making more in the future. I used a light brown card stock using a sponge I added the same colour onto then added die cuts to them and cord . The tags were cut with a die from simply stamp magazine. 🐞🇦🇺
Hi Denise - It gets posted over on the facebook page. Here is a link to the page. We probably won't do another one until October. I'm a bit swamped. facebook.com/seniorsusiestamps/
All of those were beautiful!! I am so disappointed that mine is lost somewhere between here and there. Atlanta really needs to get their act together, it's so frustrating. I know it will eventually show up there because I believe I put your address as the to address and ALSO the return address. So, there is no place else for it to go to but to you! If you eventually receive it, don't worry about sending me one in return. You can either keep mine or send it out if you need an extra to send to someone. Looking forward to seeing what the next challenge is!
I feel your pain. I live in Stockbridge GA, and we have had several things that were mailed to us that we never received. My husband got a birthday card in June that was mailed to him in February from across Stockbridge from us, same zip code. His birthday was in March, so his sister mailed it early. It is so sad that our USPS is having so many issues. We are afraid to put anything in the mail. So sorry yours didn't get there, I am sure you did something beautiful.
@@sybilmccullers6291 Thank you for this comment on Julia's page. I definitely feel your pain too. I am in Peachtree Corners and mailed my tag to her from the Chamblee post office in mid June and she has yet to receive it (I should have just driven it up to her, she is only about an hour and a half from me, lol). But yet I mailed things to 7 other states including California and Oregon, the first week of July and every single one of those was received 4 days later - also mailed from Chamblee. I mailed Valentines day cards in Feb, to PA and those were not received until the middle of April. And lastly, I mailed a birthday card to a friend in Stockbridge in early June and she hasn't received it yet. Last week I had a very long discussion with the post master in Chamblee and he just blamed it on a post office in South GA and I also discovered that they have been over charging me on the 6x9 envelopes I have mailed. And yet the USPS see's it fit and fine to continue to raise postage in exchange for lousy service. The next time I mail Julia something, I am going to pay the few extra cents on it to get tracking with it so we can see exactly where the mail goes to within GA between Chamblee and Blairsville. I hope the things you have mailed, or were to receive, show up soon.
@@CampHappyMail We have been told it is a post office in Palmetto GA that is causing the problems. But I get mail from several states that will go to Atlanta to Palmetto to another different post office and back to Palmetto and bounce around for days. It is ridiculous. One went from Atlanta to somewhere in Florida and back to Palmetto to Atlanta and then to Stockbridge. I wonder if it is just Georgia. I feel the same about the postage rate going up. SO sad.
@@BettyMonroy-wp6eqYes, that’s another great example. I’m afraid to mail things out of GA because so much time and care goes into each card and then to have them get lost is just so upsetting.

So bummed Maureen that your mail gets lost. Its happening to me as well. A birthday card i made and sent to you never did arrive😣
