I think you really underrated the BP Erudition LC. Like, it's basically just a slightly worse but more universal version of Argenti's signature. To the point where, at S5, it's only 4% worse. It's also one of Jade's best LCs. And for both of these characters, if you're only looking at 4-star options, it's actually just their best LC, full-stop. It, at the very least, deserves a B-Tier. Honestly, I'd rank it higher than Argenti's LC just because it doesn't only buff ultimate damage.
And cogs too, omg he so underrated cogs, you can ask anyone if they have used cogs in their accounts and 99% of people will say yes, try to ask the same for fine fruit or multiplication and see what happens, cogs is that universal that when you dont sig, a good 4 star or dont need dance dance you default to it, that LC should be at least A, it work for everyone, does not need any dups since you will get it max, theres no complications you just get energy, i dont understand how it was put so low.

Yeah, alongside the 10 energy per wave really helps you get an Ult a turn early. Even in AS where it's only 1 wave, the initial energy can make the difference of having your Ult ready after just 1 turn of each character
Really weird Tierlist. On one Hand he considered the Usage outside of the specific Character but in the Same Moment he put Acherons S1 on SSS Tier? This Lightcone is literally useless on ANY Nihility Character aside of Acheron himself.
I'd put Feixiao's below Ratio's because Ratio's is just way more universal since it provides so many more stats, while Feixiao's is all-in on ult damage which is great for her but pretty much useless for everyone else. You can use Ratio's LC on Feixiao and you don't lose much from her sig, but using Feixiao's on Ratio is a huge damage drop.
Honestly agree, Feixiao's lc is just too niche in comparison. Like on Feixiao herself, it is marginally better and will scale better with more defense break, but I just don't see it being a good alternative to any future hunt unit unless they get pretty much the same kit as her, having frequent FUA to proc it twice while having their ultimate be most of their dm. However, that's too similar to Feixiao currently so they probably won't release a character like that or else that character will either straight up powercreep Feixiao or be straight up overshadowed by her. In our current hunt roster literally only Feixiao can benefit from it fully too. Other FUA hunt unit does not do the most dm from ultimate but rather from FUA (someone like topaz don't even have a damaging ult). Other hunt units that do good ultimate dm like yanqing (can never stack the def pen more than one stack and on an inconsistent 50 some percent FUA chance) or Seele (doesn't even do FUA). Ratio light cone will just likely age better with future FUA unit due to its more general nature and its debuff requirement should be easy for anyone with a well invested FUA team to meet anyway since you'll probably be playing them with topaz or moze.
@@michaelman90 agreed, feixiaos lc is a good “damage per screenshot” lightcone. If you run ratio sig over feixiao sig you lose some of that damage per screenshot (and lets be honest, its usually gunna be overkill damage) but in exchange you get so much more damage from everything that isnt her ult.
Hard disagree. You primarily get a signature for the character it's for. Fei's LC gains more headway over Ratio's if there is any other source of defense shred and sometimes it does come up. Feixiao is a lot more flexible than many people realize currently. You plug her into break teams, DoT teams, all sorts of hybrid teams and gain DPS and toughness break utility from her, and having her S1 increases her value in comps that have defense shred sources. And, if you look at Raito's LC on Ratio, it's only 12% worse than Stellar or S5 Silence remains if you are able to maintain the full LC buff, which you probably will be able to do. By comparison on Fei, her alternatives that are F2P are pretty bad on her. Compared to Stellar, there is a 22.51% difference with no other defense pierce sources. So, I'd put her LC above Ratio's for those reasons. If another Hunt DPS comes out in a year that I also like, I'm just going to get their LC most likely rather than reuse a subpar LC multiple times. Of which, in the future, I'm more likely to use Fei than Ratio anyways as her kit scales with any sort of attack spam in a rotation, so it just makes more sense to optimize her. It would be a very bad move to skip Fei's LC and wait for Ratio's to use on her when you'll be forced to use horrible LCs on her till then and end up with less damage than if you just got her signature.

That Herta signature only good for Herta alone for once activation which is kinda meh, for other FuA unit, they can trigger second passive as many times as long enemies below 50%

sp regen of Ruan Mei LC can be make or break in some teams and no other LC offers it at the same frequency. by his metrics it should be SSS if you dont rate it purely in a break team
It’s not better than ddd. You can advance your team and back attack to regenerate sp and energy, I would say it’s high A not even s. I play pvp and no one ever uses this lc. Popular are robin’s, ddd, MoP, bronya, hell even sparkles lc are more used.

No amount of stat investment will create the energy or skill points it provides. you can get the damage gains of the other light cone through better relics but nothing you can roll on a character will create SP or energy from thin air. the reason you see other LC more often is cause her LC is restricted to break support cause to get the most important part of its buffs you need to reach a certain amount of break effect that no other support does besides HMC.
it essentially just boils down to the other LC's being weaker but more generalist and hers being strong but restrictive but in a tier list mostly taking into account how well Sigs perform on their respective 5* hers is deff SSS
@@QMS9224How does DDD fit into this topic? Unless you speed tune to make certain units advance over the others, the turn orders doesn't change. So if your DPS turn is coming and you're low on SP, using DDD doesn't help aside from making your turns happen earlier. It is no different than managing your SP economy with or without it.
FF Lightcone - 17% DPS increase over Aeon, mid A tier. DHIL Lightcone - 7% DPS increase over Aeon, easy S and briefly SSS. The FF backlash because she's easy to use and people want to pretend this is a high skill cap e-sport instead of a story-based waifu/husbando collector is really getting a bit much.

Herta’s lc is not that bad. Potential 80% fua dmg if they are low health at s5 this can slap on a slow himeko if you are breaking a lot and triggering her talent Edit* it’s actually 96%
As a low spender/f2p, after pulling only characters since launch you are so low on light cones so I think it's definitely worth it to throw some pulls into light cones even just for the 4 stars.
it still better to roll for characters, getting new characters guarantees that you complete current content and said new characters could powercrep previous characters even with signature so what's even the point.
@@trivia_dex It's only good on her and for other harmony supports rm lightcone is better due to longer buffs. 24% dmg boost for 1 turn and 48% atk plus 15% energy regen - usually 9% on average for other units. Not only is ruanmei's lightcone better for herself as a dmg boost with 34% dmg boost a skill point 10 er to the whole team each wave and not her with 60 break effect. But ruanmei's lightcone is so much more versatile on units such as sparkle, hmc, asta, and any unit that has 3 turn ults due to the permanent buff and on units such has hanya building bf at e6 is worht it to trade the er rope or for charas such as asta.
Multiplication is in most scenarios BiS for Luocha. Unlike shitty abundance units, he’s never in danger of dying except in situations where he can get 100-0 which is very very rare. He doesn’t need base stats to do his job.
The title and the thumb was very ambiguous about what the content was about. If it is a Tier List of LC's only. Meshing Cogs, The Hunt and Multiplication were very underrated. But if it's just a list of "what to pull" is more worth it, then all 4* with excess Shines are way above their due. Another thing to consider, this list was definitely made with LC S5. Which is much more, as many, if not 90% of Day One players, still don't have many 4* LCs, not even S1. Firstly, the vast majority don't pull weapon banners and secondly, when they pull them, they don't have the cones we need. So in the end, this list is for 5* and for 4 and 3*, it's just to say "don't use these as food"?!

That yanqing 4 star LC, any hunt unit with Aventurine can use that.. Not to mention Moze can use that LC without worrying have to get hit, because of his departed state And that 5 star Yanqing LC, is only usable by Yanqing himself.. Cuz IF you do build Yanqing, you only ever go for ± 30% Crit Rate.. Because he gets 60% from ult, and 10-20% from soulsync state.. So without his ult crit rate, he rarely crits.. He actually fills his crit rate downtime with this LC..
A bunch of the gacha 4* lightcones vary in performance depending on their superimposition. For instance, putting Welt's LC in F tier is crazy to me since it's better than "Goodnight Sleep Well" and it's better than Acheron's 4* dancing lightcone when they're all at S1, which is the situation my Acheron is in where she has to run Welt's LC because the gacha 4* options are at S1 and perform worse.
JY LC is definitely not much worse, even if jade's lc can be in scenarios. But from what I've seen from this dude and his chat they LOVE to clown on JY so makes sense

@@Doflaminguard Not everyone has Himeko LC. Breakfast and Cosmos are not as good in terms of uptime. Herta Eru LC is currently the best F2P option out there.
Outside of limited 5* lightcones, Erudition's choices are just sad. Besides Himeko's and Herta 5* LC that you can get "F2P", the 2 MoC lightcones Seriousness of Breakfast (actually don't know why this is rated so low F tier, since this is the like relatively useful outside of Pure Fiction) and Day The Cosmos Fell (which is Element dependent/restricted to trigger 2nd effect) are like the best picks for the worst case scenario. Also, W tierlist.
Geniuses' Repose literally exists and is one of the best 4* DPS Lightcones. Today Is Another Peaceful Day (Battle Pass LC) S5 competes with Limited 5* LCs damage-wise, especially on Argenti/Qingque. The Day The Cosmos Fell is also not restricted because generally you're going to match your DPS to elemental weaknesses. That aside Jing Yuan Lightcone is good on basically every Erudition character (except Rappa who is coming out, or if you're doing Superbreak Himeko) and a good account investment if you like Erudition characters.

I'm assuming S5 Breakfast and S5 Cosmos vs a gacha 4* LC that you don't have or is not probably S5, you would probably better go for those choices I mentioned. And for the Cosmos LC, you literally said the restriction. I personally would go for Cosmos LC for any Erudition char if the* enemies have their respective weakness on them. But would you wait a MoC, or Pure Fiction just to use your Cosmos on your only built Erudition character like QQ or something like that (unless you have every Erudition character).
@@jdrm3710 it's not a real restriction though, because Erudition is comprised of DPS characters, and you want to match your DPS to the enemy's elemental weaknesses in most situations (especially in MoC or AS). It's one of the better craftable LCs and is better than Geniuses' Repose (which is very strong) vs Elite enemies if there's no smaller enemies to kill. Nihility is the real Path lacking in F2P LCs, luckily Herta shop is getting Event LCs next patch so Tutorial Mission will be available for everyone.

If I had to say which takes of Mr.Pokke are most questionable, it would probably be his LC takes, but it's in part because of how box dependent LCs can be. Anyone watching this, take this video with a few grains of salt. My advice is when determining if a LC is valuable to you, don't look at a tierlist at all. Just do an analysis of what the LC will be doing for you for the purpose you have in mind for it. MrPokke is not going to be able to accurately assess what you can do with a particular LC in a way that will be useful for all players. E.g. I just used Carve the Moon S5 to get a 3901 clear on node 1 of current Apoc with a Jingliu team. You could do the same thing with Ruan Mei's LC. Being able to manipulate energy of the team can be incredibly useful in letting your team get going right away and reach energy breakpoints to save yourself a cycle or get higher AV scores in Apoc. Ruan Mei's LC also can double as a skill point resource for heavy skill use comps. Utility effects like this can be very valuable if you actually know what you are doing with your rotation planning. MrPokke should know better but I think he's been out of TC and speedrunning (and overly relying on whaled out units) a bit too long to be aware of how valuable some of these options actually can be.

Putting acherons lc in SS and yunlis in S is genuinely insane. In some scenarios her lc is a OVER a 40 percent dps increase and allows you to run huohuo instead of lynx without much issue??
He can, but the buffs from it still aren’t good enough to make it better than something like boat or swordplay. To give a specific example, the pistol from 2016’s Doom is nice because it has infinite ammo, but the damage is still shit
You did a lot of "this LC got powercrept so its going very low"... which is just wrong. Lets take Black Swan for example. Sure...Foxboi LC is a team DMG increase but that does not mean the signature is worse all of the sudden. It works the same as before...you treat it like it got worse because better alternatives exist.
I think jiaoqiu lightcone should be over resolution ( def shred lc) its literally way better and has the stats nihilty characters want but if the 4 star lc is there for accessibility and not performance then its whatever
If it was solely about performance then sig would just be at the top over the 4* options… even at the very start of the video he took pulls for sigs into account with the Ruan Mei LC example… Nihility and Harmony LCs have enough competition that leaves them lower than dps sigs… and if someone is pulling a dps sig without the dps it was made for then that person needs help (this is mainly true for all the destruction character sigs, the hunt characters can use the other hunt sigs for the most part)
@@Sable813 you dont build enough ehr on guinaifen to reliably get the debuffs, and if you would she would end up doing no damage it could be ok i suppose in a dot team but im really not sure how you would end up in a situation where you have that cone and the only place you can use it in is in a dot team on guinaifen? acheron is another spot where it could be usable but again how would you be in a spot where you are running acheron with a guinaifen with a limited 5* cone? pela wants resolution, silver wolf wants tutorial, sampo and kafka fall in around the same spot as guinaifen its a very very good cone, but only 2 characters in the game can use it vs resolution who can actually be ran by everyone
@@silvia___ you use it on guinaifen with an ehr chest. She almost always lands the full debuff due to her e1 lowering enemy res. And yes I only use it for her on acheron teams. I use pela Guin acheron gepard as a team. It's a cheap low cost team (my acheron is e0s0) and guinaifen with this LC combined with pela gives a massive dmg amp to acheron.
Honestly I am debating whether to pull for Topaz's LC for my FUA team, because Topaz came out back in version 1.4, and knowing HSR powercreep I know for a fact that Topaz will be dethroned by a new FUA debuffer soon in the upcoming 3.0 versions and we will get a new unit and their signature which will be better than Topaz....
resolution being better then jiaoqius lc is insane considering how jqs lc is literally just resolution but better. Aventurines sig is being extremely underrated. Its literally s5 gepard sig, the moc f2p aventurine damage lc, and trend with an actually useful effect all wrapped up into one. Absolutely diabolical. Jades sig is being extremely overrated, big “uunga buunga def ignore=good” going on here. Its good on her and maybe qingque but nobody else. Yunlis sig is being underrated. Sig vs fall of an aeon is like night and day. Im pretty sure its also calculated as one of the biggest jumps between f2p and sig. Aeon is good generically but yunli sig is insane.
I'm aiming for Adventurine E0S1. I found it curious that Gepard's LC was above Aventurine (I guess because it's F2P). I do have Gepard LC. Does Adventurine sig LC really make a difference or does it make no sense for me to go for it? (I plan to pair him mainly with Feixiao)
Depends. If you want more dmg+debuff, it is better than Gepard's LC. If you only want pure sustain, it can work as substitute, but Aventurine's LC still provides better def stat than Gepard's LC. The most profound impact it has is in Dr. Ratio teams or any teams that require debuffs. Anything other than that, you are good to go with Gepard's light cone.
I found it very important for the specific build I wanted for him, to surpass his 4k def threshold. It gives him a substantial def boost and mostly buffs his personal dmg as well as giving him a minor debuff on fua. If you like him I would get it, it's a very useful sustain lightcone. If you use acheron or Dr ratio, it makes him wayyy more useful for their comps.
The reason it’s such a competitive option for him is that it still gives a lot of defense, but it gives something that his sig doesn’t even give, massive taunt increase. Since aventurine gets more stacks when he is hit himself, it does help him get even more follow up attacks off. It’s not necessarily better, just different (it’s also available to buy in the shop if you really want or if you get in on the standard banner or something).
Appreciate the RM slander hahah, but still a lot of people have her and her impact for them is very noticeable so it still should be top. Yes dmg% is useless but it still enables a new player to have the most value

tbh, ruan mei's signature is pretty bad on ruan mei, but it's actually really nice on HTB. trailblazer with e6 is already good enough to keep up their ult cycle and the extra energy as helps ruan mei hit her ult cycles as well. it also gives more break then MotP which is more helpful for HTB who has their own superbreak damage potential rather than ruan mei who's break basically becomes useless after a certain point.
Yeah, for E0 Firefly users, putting Ruan Mei's LC on HMC is a good strategy to solve the SP issue if the team, to the point that Firefly, HMC and even Ruan Mei can spam skills and still the team can manage their SP economy with Ruan Mei's LC and Gallagher But now it seems that people are using DDD and just try to rely on Ruan Mei and Gallagher, sometimes HMC as well, to generate SP with basics. That said, even if you choose to use DDD on HMC, Ruan Mei can still use her LC and I feel that it's still the best combination

It's not bad, it allows her 3 turn ult cycles and solve sp problems in boothill teams, xueyi teams, firefly teams, and also dot teams. It legt makes her the second best harmongy sp unit equal to hanya. (Sparkle sp is poo, 0.33 sp per turn is just bad).
Legit question is it worth s5 that newer destruction cone with 25% HP drop for Blade if you don't have HIS cone and running the one with ice kid on it.

It's amazing how overrated the Topaz cone is. There are literally situations where dr ratios is much better. Obviously im not saiying the topaz one is bad, is broken as well
Dr. Ratio's lc is better on a hypercarry set up but in a premium team fua I would give it to topaz and just the fact that it can stack if two hunt characters use it.
You can throw the topaz lightcone on any of: Imaginary March 7, Moze, Topaz, Ratio, or Feixiao and it helps them with crit rate, their personal follow up damage, and gives a debuff that ANYONE else on the team can take advantage of which is 24% crit damage boost. I don’t think it’s overrated. You will be able to use it on any hunt follow up attack character that ever gets released and not only make their build easier and increase their damage, but increase the entire team’s damage. There’s not many hunt lightcones that can increase the entire teams damage, if any.

Ratio light cone will just likely age better with future FUA unit due to its more general nature and its debuff requirement should be easy for anyone with a well invested FUA team to meet anyway since you'll probably be playing them with topaz or moze.
@@michaelman90 agreed, feixiaos lc is a good “damage per screenshot” lightcone. If you run ratio sig over feixiao sig you lose some of that damage per screenshot (and lets be honest, its usually gunna be overkill damage) but in exchange you get so much more damage from everything that isnt her ult.
Hard disagree. You primarily get a signature for the character it's for. Fei's LC gains more headway over Ratio's if there is any other source of defense shred and sometimes it does come up. Feixiao is a lot more flexible than many people realize currently. You plug her into break teams, DoT teams, all sorts of hybrid teams and gain DPS and toughness break utility from her, and having her S1 increases her value in comps that have defense shred sources. And, if you look at Raito's LC on Ratio, it's only 12% worse than Stellar or S5 Silence remains if you are able to maintain the full LC buff, which you probably will be able to do.
By comparison on Fei, her alternatives that are F2P are pretty bad on her. Compared to Stellar, there is a 22.51% difference with no other defense pierce sources. So, I'd put her LC above Ratio's for those reasons. If another Hunt DPS comes out in a year that I also like, I'm just going to get their LC most likely rather than reuse a subpar LC multiple times. Of which, in the future, I'm more likely to use Fei than Ratio anyways as her kit scales with any sort of attack spam in a rotation, so it just makes more sense to optimize her. It would be a very bad move to skip Fei's LC and wait for Ratio's to use on her when you'll be forced to use horrible LCs on her till then and end up with less damage than if you just got her signature.

It’s not better than ddd. You can advance your team and back attack to regenerate sp and energy, I would say it’s high A not even s. I play pvp and no one ever uses this lc. Popular are robin’s, ddd, MoP, bronya, hell even sparkles lc are more used.

Unless you speed tune to make certain units advance over the others, the turn orders doesn't change. So if your DPS turn is coming and you're low on SP, using DDD doesn't help aside from making your turns happen earlier.
It is no different than managing your SP economy with or without it.

As a low spender/f2p, after pulling only characters since launch you are so low on light cones so I think it's definitely worth it to throw some pulls into light cones even just for the 4 stars.

Not only is ruanmei's lightcone better for herself as a dmg boost with 34% dmg boost a skill point 10 er to the whole team each wave and not her with 60 break effect. But ruanmei's lightcone is so much more versatile on units such as sparkle, hmc, asta, and any unit that has 3 turn ults due to the permanent buff and on units such has hanya building bf at e6 is worht it to trade the er rope or for charas such as asta.
Multiplication is in most scenarios BiS for Luocha. Unlike shitty abundance units, he’s never in danger of dying except in situations where he can get 100-0 which is very very rare. He doesn’t need base stats to do his job.
I use multiplication on my 161 SPD Gallagher. He moves like 3 times in 1 cycle.
The title and the thumb was very ambiguous about what the content was about. If it is a Tier List of LC's only. Meshing Cogs, The Hunt and Multiplication were very underrated. But if it's just a list of "what to pull" is more worth it, then all 4* with excess Shines are way above their due. Another thing to consider, this list was definitely made with LC S5. Which is much more, as many, if not 90% of Day One players, still don't have many 4* LCs, not even S1. Firstly, the vast majority don't pull weapon banners and secondly, when they pull them, they don't have the cones we need.
So in the end, this list is for 5* and for 4 and 3*, it's just to say "don't use these as food"?!

A bunch of the gacha 4* lightcones vary in performance depending on their superimposition. For instance, putting Welt's LC in F tier is crazy to me since it's better than "Goodnight Sleep Well" and it's better than Acheron's 4* dancing lightcone when they're all at S1, which is the situation my Acheron is in where she has to run Welt's LC because the gacha 4* options are at S1 and perform worse.

Outside of limited 5* lightcones, Erudition's choices are just sad. Besides Himeko's and Herta 5* LC that you can get "F2P", the 2 MoC lightcones Seriousness of Breakfast (actually don't know why this is rated so low F tier, since this is the like relatively useful outside of Pure Fiction) and Day The Cosmos Fell (which is Element dependent/restricted to trigger 2nd effect) are like the best picks for the worst case scenario. Also, W tierlist.
Geniuses' Repose literally exists and is one of the best 4* DPS Lightcones. Today Is Another Peaceful Day (Battle Pass LC) S5 competes with Limited 5* LCs damage-wise, especially on Argenti/Qingque. The Day The Cosmos Fell is also not restricted because generally you're going to match your DPS to elemental weaknesses. That aside Jing Yuan Lightcone is good on basically every Erudition character (except Rappa who is coming out, or if you're doing Superbreak Himeko) and a good account investment if you like Erudition characters.

And for the Cosmos LC, you literally said the restriction. I personally would go for Cosmos LC for any Erudition char if the* enemies have their respective weakness on them. But would you wait a MoC, or Pure Fiction just to use your Cosmos on your only built Erudition character like QQ or something like that (unless you have every Erudition character).
@@jdrm3710 it's not a real restriction though, because Erudition is comprised of DPS characters, and you want to match your DPS to the enemy's elemental weaknesses in most situations (especially in MoC or AS). It's one of the better craftable LCs and is better than Geniuses' Repose (which is very strong) vs Elite enemies if there's no smaller enemies to kill. Nihility is the real Path lacking in F2P LCs, luckily Herta shop is getting Event LCs next patch so Tutorial Mission will be available for everyone.

If I had to say which takes of Mr.Pokke are most questionable, it would probably be his LC takes, but it's in part because of how box dependent LCs can be. Anyone watching this, take this video with a few grains of salt. My advice is when determining if a LC is valuable to you, don't look at a tierlist at all. Just do an analysis of what the LC will be doing for you for the purpose you have in mind for it. MrPokke is not going to be able to accurately assess what you can do with a particular LC in a way that will be useful for all players.
E.g. I just used Carve the Moon S5 to get a 3901 clear on node 1 of current Apoc with a Jingliu team. You could do the same thing with Ruan Mei's LC. Being able to manipulate energy of the team can be incredibly useful in letting your team get going right away and reach energy breakpoints to save yourself a cycle or get higher AV scores in Apoc. Ruan Mei's LC also can double as a skill point resource for heavy skill use comps. Utility effects like this can be very valuable if you actually know what you are doing with your rotation planning. MrPokke should know better but I think he's been out of TC and speedrunning (and overly relying on whaled out units) a bit too long to be aware of how valuable some of these options actually can be.

Sure...Foxboi LC is a team DMG increase but that does not mean the signature is worse all of the sudden. It works the same as before...you treat it like it got worse because better alternatives exist.

Nihility and Harmony LCs have enough competition that leaves them lower than dps sigs… and if someone is pulling a dps sig without the dps it was made for then that person needs help (this is mainly true for all the destruction character sigs, the hunt characters can use the other hunt sigs for the most part)

I use pela Guin acheron gepard as a team. It's a cheap low cost team (my acheron is e0s0) and guinaifen with this LC combined with pela gives a massive dmg amp to acheron.
Honestly I am debating whether to pull for Topaz's LC for my FUA team, because Topaz came out back in version 1.4, and knowing HSR powercreep I know for a fact that Topaz will be dethroned by a new FUA debuffer soon in the upcoming 3.0 versions and we will get a new unit and their signature which will be better than Topaz....

Its literally s5 gepard sig, the moc f2p aventurine damage lc, and trend with an actually useful effect all wrapped up into one. Absolutely diabolical. Jades sig is being extremely overrated, big “uunga buunga def ignore=good” going on here. Its good on her and maybe qingque but nobody else. Yunlis sig is being underrated. Sig vs fall of an aeon is like night and day. Im pretty sure its also calculated as one of the biggest jumps between f2p and sig. Aeon is good generically but yunli sig is insane.

I'm aiming for Adventurine E0S1. I found it curious that Gepard's LC was above Aventurine (I guess because it's F2P). I do have Gepard LC. Does Adventurine sig LC really make a difference or does it make no sense for me to go for it? (I plan to pair him mainly with Feixiao)
Depends. If you want more dmg+debuff, it is better than Gepard's LC. If you only want pure sustain, it can work as substitute, but Aventurine's LC still provides better def stat than Gepard's LC.
The most profound impact it has is in Dr. Ratio teams or any teams that require debuffs. Anything other than that, you are good to go with Gepard's light cone.

I found it very important for the specific build I wanted for him, to surpass his 4k def threshold. It gives him a substantial def boost and mostly buffs his personal dmg as well as giving him a minor debuff on fua. If you like him I would get it, it's a very useful sustain lightcone. If you use acheron or Dr ratio, it makes him wayyy more useful for their comps.
The reason it’s such a competitive option for him is that it still gives a lot of defense, but it gives something that his sig doesn’t even give, massive taunt increase. Since aventurine gets more stacks when he is hit himself, it does help him get even more follow up attacks off. It’s not necessarily better, just different (it’s also available to buy in the shop if you really want or if you get in on the standard banner or something).

tbh, ruan mei's signature is pretty bad on ruan mei, but it's actually really nice on HTB. trailblazer with e6 is already good enough to keep up their ult cycle and the extra energy as helps ruan mei hit her ult cycles as well. it also gives more break then MotP which is more helpful for HTB who has their own superbreak damage potential rather than ruan mei who's break basically becomes useless after a certain point.
Yeah, for E0 Firefly users, putting Ruan Mei's LC on HMC is a good strategy to solve the SP issue if the team, to the point that Firefly, HMC and even Ruan Mei can spam skills and still the team can manage their SP economy with Ruan Mei's LC and Gallagher
But now it seems that people are using DDD and just try to rely on Ruan Mei and Gallagher, sometimes HMC as well, to generate SP with basics. That said, even if you choose to use DDD on HMC, Ruan Mei can still use her LC and I feel that it's still the best combination

It's not bad, it allows her 3 turn ult cycles and solve sp problems in boothill teams, xueyi teams, firefly teams, and also dot teams. It legt makes her the second best harmongy sp unit equal to hanya. (Sparkle sp is poo, 0.33 sp per turn is just bad).
Also 60 break effect and 24% 3 turn dmg boost to the team.
I use cogger on Mei and she's not squishi, she has 4.5kHP and 1.4kDef

It's amazing how overrated the Topaz cone is. There are literally situations where dr ratios is much better. Obviously im not saiying the topaz one is bad, is broken as well
Dr. Ratio's lc is better on a hypercarry set up but in a premium team fua I would give it to topaz and just the fact that it can stack if two hunt characters use it.
But like both do very different things
You can throw the topaz lightcone on any of: Imaginary March 7, Moze, Topaz, Ratio, or Feixiao and it helps them with crit rate, their personal follow up damage, and gives a debuff that ANYONE else on the team can take advantage of which is 24% crit damage boost. I don’t think it’s overrated. You will be able to use it on any hunt follow up attack character that ever gets released and not only make their build easier and increase their damage, but increase the entire team’s damage. There’s not many hunt lightcones that can increase the entire teams damage, if any.
