Followed the recipe step by step and turned out perfectly well. I did try the egg version. Only change was, I had to bake for 24-25 mins at 350F . Thanks a lot for the recipe.

Crazy!! I've never heard of these types of buns. I would love to make them just to see if mine came out as fluffy and sorta hallow inside. They look like the perfect buns to squeeze some pastry cream in. In the egg version of the coffee topping, you add coffee and water in the video while the recipe below says vinegar instead of water. Which one should be used? Edit: Checked the recipe on the website. It's coffee and water for the egg version. I guess it's a typo in the description.
