They look like the perfect buns to squeeze some pastry cream in. Finally made - tasted awesome - but took way long time to cook - 45 min almost.. Otherwise was turning out too soft with the time stipulated on the recipe.. Guess due to the oven 🤔 and dint rise enough too

In the egg version of the coffee topping, you add coffee and water in the video while the recipe below says vinegar instead of water. Which one should be used? Edit: Checked the recipe on the website. It's coffee and water for the egg version. I guess it's a typo in the description.
Is there any substitute for the milk powder or can I just waive it all together? Since my house do not use it, it would be a waste to buy a packet and just use such small amount 😅😔

Yes you can all-purpose flour. Just that bread flour will be more soft and fluffy 😊
