Will this tactic help me win games against people? I struggle with the 4-3-2-1: I am being hunted down like crazy and being sprinted past every time. Sometimes when I am holding sprint, it looks like my player is either way too slow or doesn`t sprint at all!

It also happens to me my RB&LB they both have 99 pace but feel like turtles 🐢🐢🐢🐢 they just walk and then start running IDK this game is 💩💩💩💩
I had this problem since the lunch of the game damn f*CK you EA I just broke two PS5 controllers and a monitor
I've tried all formations 442, 4231, 4411, 433, 5221, 541 and the most meta 4321 but nothing worked for me. Opponents score easily against and when I'm using the 4321 I can't play like them I swear my players don't make runs like my opponents do there's something missing I feel like my 4321 is fake. BTW I've got some of the best players itg like 98 Puskàs, 97 Depay, 97 VVD, 96 Rüdiger, EOAE Toni Kroos, 96 Weghorst, 97 RB Navas
