how much are they? I looked on amazon and it says out of stock.
That noise makes me think the wingnuts got loose.
The binding is the toughness of the harder sweet potatoes @@MichaelMantion I was thinking of spritzing it w/ oil or as others suggest a quick microwave...
All that setup with the device plugged in! I was expecting hands fries at any moment!
That’s what I can call a proper review by a lovely family. Thanks guys. I’ll be ordering one for my mother soon! Tom, please don’t send it back and help her out with the washing after used - LOL
Thank you so much! I just used it the other day again and washed it all by myself :) it's an amazing machine!
I just received mine today, I haven't used it yet, but it's way bigger than I thought.
FYI, Microwave your sweet potato on high for 2 Min, or parboil it, for easier cutting and less stress on the machine.🥔🥔
Ok
Yes I don't think the machine is supposed to be making that, skipping rotating on the cam noise. The less stress on the machine = the more years of service you will get out of it.
"FYI, Microwave your sweet potato "
Thanks for that tip mate
I tried it on Russett taters and it worked a charm
I wonder how that will work on those harder veggies ? Like root veggies etc?
Now that was fun to watch. When I get my house finished, I must get this.
Cricket you so deserve this!
Love it. Wow! He likes living dangerously.
WOW, that is really a slick machine!!! Dang, I just bought last summer a huge commercial type cast iron french fry cutter. This electric one is the cats meow, love it..... Nice sharing the unboxing and giving us the full demo, great job Tom. Love ya both. Claudia
Thank you Claudia! we went out shopping for the hardest dang veggies to test this out on lol...It's amazing..and I have been 'eyeing' it for almost a year so I saved up for it..love love.
Hi y’all, that cutter is sooo nice and this video was super entertaining to watch. I don’t think I’d ever want to wash it because of the tiny screws. Thanks for sharing 🍃❤️🍃
Thank you Mzbrazell! ...we never plan these things lol...just go with the flow of it..I love him for doing this with me
Awesome demonstration, I want to cut sweet potatoes and this will do it.
Thanks for your review as I brought one and it came today and like you found it very easy to use, what I didn't like is it is not a direct power supply its adaptor. The mechanics and its working to me is 10 out of 10 and sure it will last, the biggest problem I think people will face with this is adaptor blowing. in fact mine blow just after 6 uses as I left it plugged in switched on, it does advice you to switch it off when out of use. So right away I had to look for a new adaptor and one directed at this cutter is over £50 to buy that is half the price I paid for the lot. Its 29v 2amp 58watt adaptor, this is what you want to put in when looking for a replacement and right away it comes up with recliner chair adaptors.
Good news these will do they will work at a fraction of the price for an original adaptor, you can buy one of these under £10, you can get these with any adaptor for US, UK or European power supplies so you can have years of use, also replacement cutter blades are available if they go blunt and it comes with 1/2 inch cutter but you can buy also 3/8 or even 1/4 for thinner fries. So as long as the mechanics of the machine keeps going then it will last years . Hopefully this is helpful and information that will keep you cutter working at low costs. As I said the biggest problem I think will be the power adaptor as the blades do look good.
Thank you so much!!
Mine didn’t come with instructions so y’all really came thru!!
You're welcome!! It's a pretty awesome machine!
This is the very best review I have seen in a long time thank you
Boog! I just ordered this! Getting it for Mother's Day from my husband. Thank you so much for showing us this.
wouhouuuu!!!!! I tell ya spyk...I'm gonna get potatoes when they are on sale and cut them all up with this...first fry them in duck fat...then vacuum seal to second fry....yep....You will love this thing..it's so awesome.
Just ordered off Amazon LOVE your idea to fry in duck fat. 1- do I HAVE to vacuum seal before frying? 2- do I use duck fat again for the second fry??? I’ve only ever used canola oil. Why duck?
@@jones4383 Second Fry does not need another spray of oil...Duck Fat is a beautiful flavorful addition to food..doesn't take much to make a big difference
@@Booger500us so you only spray them with duck fat not deep fry them in duck fat?
Way to go guys, so impressed I’ve just ordered one, plus a 3/8” replacement blade here in the UK…….TOM, watch those pinkies
Awesome and thank you so much!
What an awesome machine I've never seen anything like it before and it sure did a great job!!!!
I know right? when I saw this I was like woah!! mama likes! hehe. Thanks for watching it mon ami
i have a suggestion for you guys...
i would take that stainless steel bowl&put it in the sink to catch the processed fry's,&place the machine on the coutertop beside the sink with the "craddle" (the cutting/🥔holding push-part) overhanging the sink&bowl.... doing it like that, you should be able clean it without removing those wingnuts&locknuts or taking it apart at all really. well, the pusher part removes fast so thats easy to come off&get cleaned but the "craddle"/metal end,the part with the wingnuts, hot water&with jet mode on ur retractable hand faucet should suffice. its not like raw chicken is going thru the machine, its just potato juice🤷🏼♂️hot water with the faucet jets should clean it sufficiently without stripping apart&disassembling the whole rig every time...
the only part to really take off to clean is the "pusher" piece, it might have chunks of potato in the grooves,&that part has a quick release, easy-pesy...
I hope thats helpful, its just easier to spray it clean over the sink then stripping it apart🤷🏼♂️
if i designed the machine, THE WHOLE
(craddle/🥔holding/cutting part) would be able to separate from the BLACK MOTOR PART (easily&quickly)with a quick-release so you could put the whole "CRADDLE" in the washing mashine, or sink for cleaning without disassembly...
have a great day guys🤝⚘
Love the authentic bickering. LOL! Thanks for the review.
I see Tom is working on his hand-model career. WTG Go-Tom! I thought I was doin' the most when I acquired my fry-cutter from Harbor Freight. Now I see I'm still vacant lot compared to the major leagues! Looks like a cool tool. It is a challenge using my manual fry cutter but if I ever get into anything outside of potatoes, this tool is boss.
Boss! I am too old and 'short' to make things harder for me...I work hard...I wanted this for a year so I treated myself..Love it.. Merci ma belle Bonnie :)
Ok
I just bought the same one. Had a difficult time with purple sweet potatoes so I had to microwave a few minutes first. I'm going to do regular russet potato this weekend. I cut myself slightly cleaning it so that wasn't good. The little washers and wing nuts are a little cumbersome.
You guys cracked me! Great review and now I want one! Yuca!? Impressive! Thanks so much! Lol.. Merry Christmas! 😁 ❤️
Happy holidays! lol ...really appreciate you stoppin by :)
This was perfect. Just enough info to help me get started. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
You are so welcome!
So good I get tired of cutting
That is awesome! I need one of those. Mine is so hard to use and the older I get I suspect the worse it will get. Gotta have it! Wow, lots of thing to cut with it. Carrots for carrot sticks. Some one mentioned onions. Sounds good and more. Thanks for showing us Boog!
Right spyk? anything to make life easier eh? this was in my 'wish' list for a year till I saved up for it...man oh man it's pretty sweet

SWEET!! I missed this one, awesome review guys
I needed this in my life...it's a beautiful thing. Thanks Doug :)
Looks like a great product. Good job on the video, except the husband probably doesn't realize he is being slightly disrespectful and condescending to his wife, which is offputting. Otherwise, thank you for taking the time to make this video!
Thanks for the review. Made it easy to decide to buy or not. We're going to make a lot of home made fries in the airfryer. Yahooooo 😃
Thank you , this thing is absolutely amazing!
Bought one. Making french fries and sweet potatoes are a breeze with this
Love to know how to cook fresh fries in my airfryer. Any advice? Tks
Wow guys that's one heck of a cutter. Watch those fingies Tommy 🤪
Well it sure makes it easier for me that's for sure ..powerful thing it is. Thanks Mike!
As it pushes through the harder items you hear the “binding” sound... I wonder if a quick spritz of oil would alleviate that? Eh?
It can't hurt but it was the first time using it and has since not done that..works pretty dang good
You need the Tom disclaimer “Don’t try this at home” 😂 Great product find Bogger! Cheers! poko
Poko! Thanks mon ami Cheers!
Hi Booger, that it one awesome cutter it does a quick and easy job. Tom did a great review.
It's so awesome. Thank you Rick!
Pretty impressive looking machine. I think it cuts fries pretty well. Cheers, Booger! ✌️
Indeed it does Dwayne, thank you!
great video , thank you all
I need to get one of these
I mean....where has this been all my life lol. Thank you Brian
I like how it is no assembly required.
#sopito Tom seems to love opening things for the 1st time, and he like to say "Sopito" lol. Tom really needs to makes videos on his channel! That thing works awesome! What about a Chicken Breast or Steak for Fajitas? Good review Tom and booger! Have a good weekend!
hehe..he did like saying that word eh? Papa when you see Tom you tell him he needs to do more vidyaz on his channel. Not sure how this would work on meat..unless it's frozen...hmmm...it's pretty awesome though. Have a great weekend mon ami
Wow that machine is Amazing!
Thanks for sharing. What brand of replacement blade will work with this device?
Put sweet potato in microwave for 2 min it cuts easily .
Very good video. Thank you
Nice fry cutter... Gonna look into it to get grandkids involved under supervision of course...Thanks for the review Booger and Tom.. Chin Chin🍺🍺
Once in a while I have to spoil myself so this was it lol..thank you Luis...Tchin Tchin!
I would love to have that!!!!
I can see you loving this beautiful thing....it's sweet!
Round cylindricalfrench fries.Ten types of cutters and different shapes of French fries now
I want of THESE
How is it holding up, especially the blades?
Sharp as day 1! used it about a dozen times now since purchase
You have to microwave the sweet potatoes before cutting them
Time saver is already here for future robots who will make food for you ;)
Do you have to use the cord with it, or is it cordless?
Cord came with it
They are on sale for 89 right now.I use the heck out if mine for canning.
I came to this one for cutting fries,as I have a Ninja(great kitchen aid no complaints),cept their new unit has 2 fry cutters and they do NOT work with my Ninja BOOOOOO
I am not buying another Ninja just for french fries
But this unit is 240.00 Canadian, and you have to buy another blade separately, which seems like a hosey thing to do
Does that rattling with harder veggies not bother y all?
I wonder how hard that is on motor wear and how long ya can keep that up
They make a non pro 60.00 Canadian model tho
Any opinions on that one please?
Cheers
I wondered the same thing about how long that motor will last seeing it struggle with the sweet potato. I don’t see any info on size of the motor.
how is this unit holding up? Is it easy to get replacement parts?
Not one problem with it since I purchased it..have used it about 20 times now..not sure about replacement parts since I have not needed to replace them
You're going to be cleaning this!😂😂
Great mantap watching at this moment ❤️ Success to you always 🙏
Thanks so much
Will it cut rutabaga?
Heck yeah it will!
Love it.... Great Review guys. TCHIN!.. TCHIN!
Can't do these without the Tomster. Thanks Stephen!
The purple yam had a pretty color on the inside. I've never seen one of those before. A purple potato yes, yam no.
Nice video thank you
Safety first guys !! Be careful to remove your left hand "just in time" to not have a real "finger chips" 😳

Bin jour Min Ami Boog . . Hi to Babe and the Mini Boogs. You may want to sit down as you read this. . . . Can you believe the Sopito Electric French Fry cutter is $275 CAD on Amazon 🇨🇦... Holy 💩 Balls. Ummm that’s a BIG FAT DONUT HOLE NO!
Maybe if you sprayed some oil on the blade it would slide thru easier and not squeak like that. I mean it’s an AWESOME machine and I LOVE IT but I’m not paying that much for it. Thanks for another awesome Vid and I’m positive I’ll see you in the next one. Until then . .
Stay safe and happy cooking 🍟
Kevin 👊. .
Cool machine! Why am I getting dejavu, I feel like you had a similar machine you showed recently?
nope Gary...I had the Le Presse thing that is so not like this but works good..just an antique..this I don't have to do anything but add the veggie and push a button. You may be thinkin of the hashbrowns thing with the Mueller chopper thing?
@@Booger500us no, must be the beer talking, i dont know lol

Thanks a lot for this video 🥰 can you pleeeeeeease pleeeeease write for me the website for the company who produce this item it’s written on the box 📦 I need to contact with them but i can’t find any contact information on the internet.
I no longer have the box for it but in the Manual the only thing I can find is an e-mail. support@morgles.com . Does say it's a Morgles product.
Ok I think we need an AMSR fry cutting video
