We can relate. We felt it because it is us. Thanks for sharing. Also, I have been married 35 years, most successful relationships are communication and glad Carlos was there. Also, sis we get away at least three times a year, please do that. Everything gets so loud and that’s him and your time away from it all to energize you. There comes a time when we have to make “NO!” a whole ass sentence! We MUST take time to refresh and renew and be able to recognize those “warning signs” the way you DID! It’s also important to let people who you care about know what it is that YOU need from them…..demand and expect them to give it to you! If they don’t, you’ve got to remove the toxicity from your space so you can operate at your “fullest!” 🙏🏼…..The shot of you with your hands under your chin tho! It “tells” such a calming story! ❤️😍🥰

Awww I hope you feel better and find your balance/rhythm. Even as you grow, you have to set boundaries and know when and where you are willing to make sacrifices. I would recommend that you get a Google Voice number that you can use for business. It allows you to have 2 numbers on the same phone. That might help set some boundaries and offer balance ❤
