I think none of the mythical pokemons can megavolve, but some of the legendary pokemons can megavolve. It's a shame that Lugia and Ho-Oh cannot megavolve, considering that Mewtwo and Rayquaza can megavolve. There are probably other legendaries that megavolve. Why does Mewtwo need two megavolve forms?

Then next month I got Celebi but I got it digitally through Mystery Gift,and it's something I regret. Because around 7 months later my Pokemon Y that had BOTH Mew and Celebi BROKE. A month after that I got Sun version and now what I can do is hack myself a Mew and it would still be legitimate because I have proof that I owned a Mew since THANK GOD I kept my Mew code card. So I am basically getting my lost pokemon back. Sadly,since I got Celebi digitally it means I don't have proof that I owned a legitimate Celebi. :(
