That's the soul, I understand much more, why. I am very proud of this human. Vulnerable, yet strong and thoughtless, in a good way. Mastering no fear on a real path in authenticity.
He says something very important here about being a real musician towards the end. To articulate this is a beautiful thing, which he certainly can. Showing in the lyrics how deep and intelligent he is as a wordsmith, here it really comes through in his personality. I am glad that he is being interviewed this way. It is very valuable.
"The competition is with yourself." Mostly, yes, I am still much the opposite, I thrive on peace, and I need a lot of silence to disturb myself and drive myself from the inside, as it should be, naturally.
Always wanted to go to LA as a child too, maybe because it sounds like spanish angels, who knows.
The part about the cars, good-looking girls in the audience, and the guys with the money got me feel my only ouch. I guess it's true. I guess I hate unspoken whoring is almost part of being a female in a spiritual backwards society. I had become the punk of it all. My secret was everything wrong with me that made me the best. Love had to be absolute to not destroy me (as I feel it amplified when running full capacity). Towards me. It was just like putting people to the test for truth permanently through how our world is for real. Facing it, no break, no hide. I was made for the best, a tragic struggle i am losing. Who knows, i want nothing given.
Not a girl, not a woman, not even nothing. Myself was always the answer.
Here, to endure the worst torture and articulate most meaning of them all for peace integration and understanding. The strongest walk and the one who had to break. I am not. I am at my best on the inside.
Greetings. 😋 Thanks for this interview. "Make a cup of tea and take it easy." 🎉💚❤❤️‍🔥🩷🖤🤍💜

This was a tough interview and Gavin handled it wonderfully. I have loved Bush for the last 30 years. I can’t wait to see them in Feb.

This man appears very insightful and kind. I really like his music and admire him that he never bashes his Ex-wife. That takes a very disciplined man to walk through all that drama.

@parkers7009 Yes, she does. You just don't want to hear the truth. He did his wife wrong in the most ugly and vulgar way.

If you think back, none of the "arena rock" bands of the latter 70's and 80's got a break from the critics. Journey, Foreigner, Boston etc. were all called "industrial rock" as a derogatory grouping. (Whatever that was supposed to mean.)

Comedown & Glycerine weren't the only big hits on the album, Machinehead, Everything Zen & Little Things were too.

I have a lot in common with Gavin despite having lived quite different lives. Particularly being a feral child with no guidance. Somehow it all worked out, luckily.

Awesome band - Bush - wish my husband and I can see them in concert one of these days. We both sing along when we play Bush. Great deep interview….Maybe we’ll just drive up and see him in LA 😊

He is VERY smart. I can't figure out why he just didn't file for divorce instead of what he did.

      Wrong!!!
He was the one Infidelity with the nanny for three years,he got kicked out and Gwen who filed divorce papers Gavin who signed the waiver!
Blake filed 2 days divorce papers Miranda who signed the waiver in May-July,2015
      Facts !!!

Because he loved the high life and doors that opened to him because of who is wife was. He cheated for years and got away with it. Why would he willingly give that up? The nanny was a bridge too far for Gwen.

19:55 I listened to those two Midnight songs and neither sound like Gavin singing and the band's sound is definitely a million miles away from sounding like Bush. Midnight sounds like Information Society.
