Manager's work for the artists. Elvis could have fired Parker at anytime, but didn't. Parker, had major success as a manager before Elvis, having managed Eddy Arnold, Hank Snow & more. He also successfully promoted country music concerts.

I’m pretty much of an Elvis Presley expert and there was so much about this movie that WAS NOT TRUE, Elvis deserved better than this movie.

Even Thanos has to deal with being broke, I am pissed now, gotta learn it now instead of watching movies and shows.

Giovanni was one of the best pyromaniacs in Friends, too.

That was Fun and funny, funny and just so much delightful. Always liked Jewel but I don't recall ever watching her be so candid and such a good story teller.

Esperanza is what you would call an interviewers dream. She just flows with content, experience, enthusiasm and makes it so easy for the interviewer. I've seen her perform and loved all of it. Also, like me she developed a crazy passion for Brazilian music (MPB) so I feel a kinship there.

The shame of it all, is Tom Parker was the reason Elvis made so many crappy movies, and I say this as a huge Elvis fan, for his music. I consider him the greatest singer in Rock n Roll.... Other than a half dozen of all the movies Elvis made, are not worth watching a second time. I don't blame that on Elvis. I blame that on the Colonel. This Movie that Tom Hanks played the Colonel, was not a movie that was made from the vision of a fan, because there was almost nothing in the way of presenting Elvis as the Greatest singer of his time, Almost none of his great early songs were even mentioned let alone played. The movie was a piece of crap. I wonder if Tom Hanks was a real Elvis fan, I doubt it. I was born in 1944, so I grew up with Elvis music. I didn't really like too many of Elvis's recordings in the 70's.
