Understanding the root cause of fear is very important before you try to pluck the leaves of fear and it multiplies and reach a point where one will be fearful of everything which results in lot of stress and suffering. I started off as a sailor in a merchant ship, before I turned to trade. Life has been kind. I have been blessed with enough.
My long and lonely sojourns gave me ample time to go into Spiritual books. And later on, the British countryside provided me with ample opportunity to read and reminisce.
I have knowledge. Enough knowledge. I even visit the Provincial University to lecture on internal composure and resilient performance.

fear cannot be taken away, it is part of our survival. and our existence. u leave all the worldly possessions or urges. still u will fear for ur life.
it is a driving force, please don't drop it use it ur body is getting ready for what ur brain has already decided or what the situations have given u. u are getting prepped that's all.
living in that fear is not good.
if u have doubt not fear then rethink and take suggestions from expert of that domain.
