okie sandeep goes really deep to find the cause of problem..and this is the right approach...let me summarise what he wants to convey in this lecture...
the only cause of our worries and stress is our insecurities and fear
these fears come from believes
and believes are given by some religions or people or our past experiance or self made rules and regulations..(for example:a son of parents(who had troubled marriage) will have fear to failing in relationships..
but once we clear out one thing that if we free our selves from these fears(because its not the reality) and insecurities(because telling yourself that you are good enough and built 100% confidence and by loving YOURSELF)
you start living in present and you are happy..another thing that u can add is Gratitude..so the formula is " relaese your fears+ unbeatable confidence + counting your blessings+ love yourself = happiness for you and for others"
