Wondeful as always, very nice you could use that lounge before your flights. I bet you are glad you ate a lot in the lounge before the flight, that sandwich looked ok, but nothing that filling. Nice back to back trip and thank you for posting.

It seems like someone was snoring just before the first take off, flying Alitalia must be relaxing! Also, I couldn't hear the traditional Airbus "beep" when retracting the landing gear.
Mcttwist Uhm, not sure. What would a beep a few seconds after take-off mean, in this case?

How long was your connection in rome? Im flying Heathrow to Bari with a hour and 5 min connection in rome, would me and my bags make it? would the airline go fully bust by next august?
I think things in Rome have improved a little since I took this flight. They have a new pier open rather than relying on being bussed to the terminal, so that should save some time.
I booked it with a 3 hour stop in milan now and a hour and 5 min stop in rome return for next august/september! lets hope they stay around as they are so much cheaper than ryanair
