- 13 weeks 🤰🏻. This time around, my skin has gotten very sensitive + hormonal acne. Many products I use to use now burn. So simplifying my routine with ingredients and products that are more suitable for sensitive skin while tackling my acne and anti-aging concerns
✅PM routine:
1. My usual double cleanse with @naturiumskin cleansing balm + @cerave BPO cleansing to help with acne
2. Lactic acid serum few times weekly to help with dullness, skin texture and tone. This one from @peachandlily has been working well for me.
3. @alastinskincare Regenerating Skin Nectar; a balm like peptide serum for fine lines and wrinkles
4. @itcosmetics peptide eye cream
4. @cetaphilus Redness Relief Moisturizer, nourishing and soothing
5. @cerave Healing Ointment for lips and hands!

U so beautiful 🥺♥️
Hi, you’re combining peptides and azelaic acid but I’ve read that they shouldn’t be combined. Is it actually possible? Thanks
Great content ❤️
Hey dr.liu is the glamglow eye cream safe during pregnancy?
Hi doctor, is licorice root in skin care okay during pregnancy? Thank you!
not a dr but i read its best to avoid. can be harmful.
Yes I’ve heard that too, I think it is in that Cetaphil nighttime cream she applied too…
It’s a shame cuz I do love that moisturizer as well. Maybe she didn’t know it contained licorice root?
It is safe. You can actually eat licorice during pregnancy, as long as you don't overdo it. It can cause high blood pressure. The amount that will enter the bloodstream via skincare is neglectable.
What are your thoughts on Azelaic Acid 15% gel vs azelaic acid 20% cream? I have combo acne prone skin and I wanto to use one to target acne
Can I use TO 10% lactic acid during pregnancy...?
