is that the max speed of this unit? Or can it go faster? Seems slow for a 1000 watt motor with no resistance.
does this kit come with the rim and tire and spokes? or is the user expected to buy that?

It's max speed.Don't need spokes,this is 14 inch casted hub.
It come with casted hub rim,but doesn't include tire.
