Just finished my fake from Ali express. Had 1 missing piece on step 968. Sourced a replacement within a couple days. All features work, no wheels slip off, stickers were all printed. Only issue with mine initially was the friction in the gearbox. Few drills and sanding later though, got it working! Absolutely love mine!
Just ordered this from Aliexpress in their 11/11 sale and the total came to £41.63 including tax and really looking forward to it arriving, i've built many clone models including the Eiffle Tower and the Titanic and all the sets have been really good quality. only ever had one missing a brick and i had a spare laying around anyway !
Hi, my clone set which I bought around 25th Aug I have found the gearbox very frustrating - there is so much drag on the drivetrain it wont turn over in certain gears. The poor tolerances compared to genuine lego sets are a problem here as the gearbox is so complex. The axles for example are a sloppier fit which leads to a poor running drivetrain. I would be interested if you go your gearbox to shift correctly and turnover ok or just built it for display
I've just finsished my set. The only problem is that the breaks fall off, this white sticks which should hold them are too thin i think. However even without breaks set look great in my opinion
Thanks for watching, do you mean the grey universal joint? Which comes in 3 pieces but with real Lego arrives ready snapped together, if so push one end in 1st then with a bit of force the other end snaps in too, it’s fiddly but not to bad to do
@ i did but there was no snapping it just wont click, if there is any way to show you the pieces to identify my problem, and I tried many of those pieces and still didn’t work. My whole building experience depends on this small piece so please if you can help me.

@@thedutchgang6681 I know. There were 21 stages to the book and each stage had at least 2 bags each, all large pieces were bagged separately in one of 5 bags as well as separate bags for the hundreds of pins etc and single bag full of all parts that were to have stickers applied
@@danieltosmiec9753 yes it arrived very quick and bagged up in numbered bags packaged well and arrived undamaged in a plain box, sometimes I get sets just in a giant poly bag, which often does get damaged in transit, but this was absolutely fine!
hi im writing again. ive ordered this set and started building everything but at the step 66 im missingof 6 parts and i cant find it what should i do now?
@@danieltosmiec9753 have you checked to see if the parts are in another bag? I found that there was one bag that had random parts that required stickers,
@@danieltosmiec9753 I’m out at the moment but will check the my manual when I get home, I’ve never had an issue with missing parts, but you if they really are missing you will have to contact the seller who will send out the replacement parts or you could find the missing parts on bricklink and purchase them on there
the third part from left needed to step 66 is what im missing so i would be grateful if you just look at it. also when im trying to contact seller it writes that the adres dont exists but i will try later
I’ve looked in my manual, and I know exactly the part you mean, it’s the movable grey part, you will find it comes unbuilt, with the 2x grey ends and a very very tiny joint that connects them together if you email me on mralboni@gmail.com I can show you some images of what you are looking for

No none whatsoever, when you order through Ali express, there is a small fee added to cover import tax etc, but this total is worked out before you pay, and I’ve never had to anything extra for hidden postage or customs costs beyond what I’ve agreed to pay at point of order, and I’ve ordered plenty of sets on both Ali express and Temu

Just look up the Lego set number in Ali express and select a seller with either good reviews or line that has sold a lot, that tends to work with me, the listings seem to get removed very quickly so they don’t usually gain many reviews and that why I can’t attach a link to the exact one I purchased

@@wyvernvonwyvern7829 yes I had doubts if it working correctly during the build, but once fully put together it seemed fine in the end!
Very common issue in clone sets I personally build them for display only, which I can live with given the fact it’s saved me about 300 euros

Yes they are the same instructions, only the genuine ones are better sized to follow compared with the Ali ones

Yes but not very well, you could easily replace just the gearbox parts with original Lego from bricklink for very little cost to rectify this!

i checked everything bag 2-3 times and sadly didnt found any 1 of 6 of this part. i think its impossible to miss the 6 copies of that part
