Drink celery juice, eat a mostly plant based diet, essential fatty acids and get an OGGT test to check if you’re insulin resistant, as excess sugar causes artery damage , the root cause of plaque formation. Add that to all of your recommendations.

My grandfather lived for 91 i he always moved a lot and he was on the walk until the last days of his life. He didn't suffer from any illnesses, he just sometimes took medication for elevated blood pressure .
But he never got upset, and he was always in a positive mood. Note that the hard life of World War II has passed. My view is that we can afford "healthy food" but it's not the key to a long life. I think you should eat everything but moderately and not get upset, and a lot of movement. Live if you were all 100 years old.

It's true, stress and bitterness take a lot of years from you. That is why those who aren't mentally stable usually die much earlier than their peers.
From an evolutionary perspective it makes sense. Those who were calm and just happy with their surroundings lived longer, healthy and active lives. While those that complained about everything or got stressed easily died out.
I equate it to car; if it's stable and well taken care of, it's gonna roll for many miles. But if some screws are loose, it ain't gonna get much milage.
In other words, take care of yourself. Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. Make sure all the screws are tight, and never do something you weren't made for.

Why do we assume that living to 100 is a thing? How do we know that we shouldn't be living to 1000 and beyond if we knew how to live right? You and I don't know what we don't know.
Scripture mentions the sun of righteousness with healing in it's wings, the light of life. How do we know that the light and night of My day doesn't bring righteousness until we diligently abide in it? My people perish for lack of knowledge...
The Book of Wisdom says righteousness is immortality. That's lots longer than 91 or 1000 years. The fountain of youth has been hidden in plain sight, and we hide from it why?

@@MrJohndavidwallace what a bunch of bullshit. Exercise and diet goes hand on hand. I read the article and nowhere did it even explain WHY men who excercise 7hours a week are more tend to get clogged arteries.... The study didn't even say how much men were fat and what their diet was. If I don't even know what their diet is and big they are so how can I believe this study.
Fat people can also exercise 7 hours a week but can't see any results as they eat to much.
But what the study did say is fat people, people with hypertension and people with bad kidneys are more likely to get clogged arteries.

Been taking garlic for about a few weeks now what I do is chop it up, let it sit for 10 mins because doing so creates a compound called allicin which works the magic in the blood than I just chug the chopped garlic with almond milk because its really hard to have to taste that spicyness. Granted I've done a bunch of othe heart healthy things too but it wasnt till I tried the garlic that I really noticed the difference

I worked out regularly, i eat combinations of these foods dailey, and was very active until I went through 2 weeks of Covid. Now i'm lethargic and i feel like blah. My energy levels have declined and i get winded performing simple tasks.
I hope i can bounce back!
    Anyone else dealing with this?

    • @PassionFlower4599
      @PassionFlower4599 2 роки тому +1

You won't necessarily 'bounce' back, but you should fully or mostly recover in time.
It hit me like a bus and I was very ill for three weeks. I became so weak and immobile and needed a packed lunch for the laborious journey from my kitchen to my lounge! lol Well... wasn't funny at all, really. It seriously changed and messed me up for a good while. It is a violent invader and can be devastating whether you're healthy or have underlying conditions.
But look after yourself well and make sure you rest and don't over tax yourself, eat well and you will see improvement. It has taken me a year, I have to be honest.
Fortunately, just when I was becoming seriously depressed about how I was feeling about my outlook going forward, I actually started improving and now I feel almost back to my old self. I used a public stairway instead of the lift/elevator for the first time just last week and I had the biggest grin. It was such an achievement for me after the last year!
I still have a way to go but I have been doing SO much research into how to look after myself the very best and I feel so much more informed, and now I am taking supplements tailored and suited to my personal situation that are really helping me.
      And very importantly, Stay Positive!
