Working in a bar, running after headless horsemen customers..feeling so much rage!....an hour of kickboxing and I'm laughing and so relaxed around everyone.
I started at 50. Took a professional coach. No age limits, whatsoever. Just an expert guidance. It's demanding technique wise. And I love it. Every second of it. ♥️
I’m 67 and doing Krav Maga. In one month my core is totally changed. I’m more limber also. I know it’s not exactly the same. But our coach is an ex pro boxer. Thus we do heavy striking. Do it. Previously I rode a stationary bike 6.5 miles per half hour 4-5 times per week. Shot about 200 shots in basketball 4-5 times a week. Plus some weightlifting. But the Krav Maga twice a week has given me a nice core change. Using totally different muscles.
@@singerfuture1 no problem. I’m still hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. Plus 2 days of Krav Maga. And I work casually two part time jobs. All the exercise keeps me feeling younger. The two jobs are extra money to support all my activities. I’m telling you just go and have fun. The Krav Maga place I go to is about 11 miles away. I choose it actually off of Yelp reviews.
