Oh, what an excellent, exciting project! At 2:12, you show the aft rotor assembly powered; and at 2:41, both sets of blades. I have heard and read that motorising propellers (I infer, helicopter rotors, too) of polystyrene model kits can result in deformational warping of the plastic, and possibly even breakage. Have you heard this? If so, do you know if this is true?
