Definitely check blades before cutting, absolutely. Another good practice before cutting is to cut a scrap board just to be sure everything is good for the real deal.
Quick note: to “loosen the bolt” that allows you to replace the blade, push the button on the other side of the bolt, and then unscrew/ loosen the bolt counterclockwise.
How were you able to make the blade/bevel pivot to the right when cutting the orange plastic plate ? I was able to do the left side but not the right side.
Not sure of the exact size but go with what the manual says. One end of the wrench is a Phillips screwdriver, and the other end is a hex key. Use the hex key end when installing or removing the blade and the Phillips end when removing or loosening screws. A storage area for the blade wrench is located on the back of the saw base. It should have come with your miter saw.
Is it a good idea to check the blade for being square to the fence, and being square to the deck? With both bevel and miter at 0 degrees.

Thank you for the detailed video. How’d you move the saw to cut the 45 degree angle from the left side?

Do you have a dual Miter Saw, if so, there should be a nob on the back to loosen and tighten your saw
THANKS , SIMPLE UNDERSTABLE.
Cool and simple!
Thanks , but how did you tilt it to the right to cut
@@janem120 There is a lever on the back
What size combo wrench do you need to take off the blade bolt
