Idk if I’m depressed, I cry every night, I feel judged, alone, no one to tell that I’m bisexual, I’m very stressed. I haven’t cut bad but I get a knife and like scratch myself to have no more pain. Idk who to talk abt this. I don’t even know if this is depression. Please help someone.

All people are telling me to just study and I don't have many friends here . I wish i was back in the US and lived my life in luxury and happiness . Here there is nothing i could do except watch anime . Anime makes me feel better but watching more than 3 anime movies can make you depressed and always listening to depressed and aesthetic music everyday which makes me feel better . Even though i am rich i can't find happiness in a place like India . I wish I had my childhood days back perhaps it's a rapid change in attitude resulting in this weird feeling .

I felt this with my whole soul, people are like “why do you choose to be sad, just be happy” the first thing that what I feel is not just being “sad” it’s different it’s so different. God is calling out to you. You who have wanted to believe but keep being bombarded by the lies of the enemy all around you. That God isn’t real. That God doesn’t love you. That God wouldn’t choose you or speak to you like He does to so many. But Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart bc He wants to save you from that emptiness you feel. From that lifestyle filled with emptiness/depression/never feeling good enough/etc and all that you tell yourself is normal. I was depressed, had eating disorders, self harmed, got wrongfully suspended from college, and I thought I was going to live empty/numb for the rest of my life. As long as it would be. As long as I could handle living this way. But Jesus came and did the impossible and absolutely changed my life. I had heard of Jesus before when I was small, but I never took God seriously. I kept trying to fight for me with my own hands until I was so exhausted of hoping. Until everything ended up destroyed. My future. Parent’s expectations of me. I was lost and felt so alone. Like no one could understand me or help me. Like no one cared. But Jesus came and didn’t shame me and I stopped fighting Him. I gave Him a chance though I didn’t deserve it and He changed everything. This isn’t religion. It’s a relationship. Religion is filled with dead tradition and rules impossible to follow, but God works in you like a Good Father. He heals you, strengthens you, fixes all that is broken and destroyed and rebuilds it in a way you could never imagine. I’ve uploaded part of my testimony for those interested. Just know that this is not a coincidence. God is knocking bc there is life out of this cycle you’ve fallen in. There is. like to see my testimony There is power in prayer in Jesus’ name. Jesus can save you and change everything for you all you gotta do is accept Him in your heart by confessing your sins to Him in your room and believing. to the person reading this, It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. I never realized how quickly i could turn off my emotions... i was crying and i heard foot steps and i instantly stopped and was completely "normal" when my dad walked into the room
I’d usually just go to the washroom and cry there for a good half hour, stop crying, wash my face really good because my face turns really red in some spots so it would be hard for me to hide it, I would dry my face and walk out as if nothing happened 🤷🏻♀️

All people are telling me to just study and I don't have many friends here . I wish i was back in the US and lived my life in luxury and happiness . Here there is nothing i could do except watch anime . Anime makes me feel better but watching more than 3 anime movies can make you depressed and always listening to depressed and aesthetic music everyday which makes me feel better . Even though i am rich i can't find happiness in a place like India . I wish I had my childhood days back perhaps it's a rapid change in attitude resulting in this weird feeling .

My baby girl my cat my little angel now she was the mother my mom couldnt be she became my best friend and my life at the age of 5 I'm 18 going to 19 and as of august 6 2022 st 10:20 am she passed away because of euthinzation I didn't have a choice to do because he cancer got so bad it was killing her and her soul and now I'm all alone again

God is calling out to you. You who have wanted to believe but keep being bombarded by the lies of the enemy all around you. That God isn’t real. That God doesn’t love you. That God wouldn’t choose you or speak to you like He does to so many.
But Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart bc He wants to save you from that emptiness you feel. From that lifestyle filled with emptiness/depression/never feeling good enough/etc and all that you tell yourself is normal.
I was depressed, had eating disorders, self harmed, got wrongfully suspended from college, and I thought I was going to live empty/numb for the rest of my life. As long as it would be. As long as I could handle living this way. But Jesus came and did the impossible and absolutely changed my life. I had heard of Jesus before when I was small, but I never took God seriously. I kept trying to fight for me with my own hands until I was so exhausted of hoping. Until everything ended up destroyed. My future. Parent’s expectations of me. I was lost and felt so alone. Like no one could understand me or help me. Like no one cared. But Jesus came and didn’t shame me and I stopped fighting Him. I gave Him a chance though I didn’t deserve it and He changed everything. This isn’t religion. It’s a relationship. Religion is filled with dead tradition and rules impossible to follow, but God works in you like a Good Father. He heals you, strengthens you, fixes all that is broken and destroyed and rebuilds it in a way you could never imagine.
I’ve uploaded part of my testimony for those interested. Just know that this is not a coincidence. God is knocking bc there is life out of this cycle you’ve fallen in. There is.

It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. You deserve to get up in the morning and feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel something- to feel every damn second alive in this lifetime. It’s heartbreaking that you think you’re not capable of being loved, because you are, I love you trough all my words and I hope you let it happen in your heart. Love is scary, I know, maybe you heart had been broken once and since then you wanted to be rather numb than feel ever again, it hurts me how you punish yourself, does it not deserve love? You make me happy by reading this, you make me feel something by your presence and when you can make me feel that way than you also make other people feel that way about you too. I hope you stay for yourself and don’t let your story get written by others but by yourself, it’s your story not theirs. As you can see, I say a lot of “I hope” because I have hope for you even if you don’t have it for yourself, I see hope in you even though you might want to give up. That’s why I hope you won’t see the world in darkness and will see it colorful again, I hope I will give you a glimpse of hope and make the world you see a bit colorful for today. My favorite color is yellow, and I hope the next time you see the color yellow you will think about my words. If someone left you than don’t blame yourself, don’t think you weren’t enough, don’t lower yourself for someone who couldn’t see the awesomeness in you. If you lost someone I am so sorry for your loss, they want you happy, I hope you don’t feel guilty or regret because you were there, you spend enough time with them, they want you to be happy. They are in a good and safe place now. If someone broke your heart than I am so sorry that they couldn’t see the way you look so beautiful because of the heart you have. Please don’t starve yourself, you deserve food and to drink, I know it’s hard. It hurts to see that you’re in so much pain :( you deserve so much man, don’t let your emotions control you. im only 13, i told one person I trusted that I was depressed but they told me to brush it off and that I was to young to feel that type of pain. that only gave me worst thoughts in my head...

I never realized how quickly i could turn off my emotions... i was crying and i heard foot steps and i instantly stopped and was completely "normal" when my dad walked into the room

I’d usually just go to the washroom and cry there for a good half hour, stop crying, wash my face really good because my face turns really red in some spots so it would be hard for me to hide it, I would dry my face and walk out as if nothing happened 🤷🏻♀️
