  • During the 90-minute webinar on November 15th at 3PM Central Time, Lorenza Bazzano Allen and Davide Tescaro (Enartis) will present and discuss the theory of cold stabilization, the methods of cold stabilization and the analysis to carry out for a cold stable wine, for about 20-30min.
    After this presentation, we will discuss and answer any questions from the audience with Chris Gerling (Cornell University) and winemakers including Zach Bott (Ackerman/Fireside winery, IA), Ryan Prellwitz (Vines and Rushes Winery, WI) and John Taylor (Chankaska winery, MN).
