@Michael Chandler these words are truly inspiring! I can identify with so many things you told us about yourself in this episode. Especially the story with your "14year old You". I think the uncertainties and feeling insecure about yourself is what makes you really great. It's about overcoming those type of feelings, but it's also about understanding yourself and know your inner self. So I am a triathlete and fight with those demons inside myself for years.
Your honesty it is, what is really great, mature and you go on as an amazing example! I wish you just the best mate and hope you to win this fight for your younger Michael!

Michael. I just want to take time out of my day to say, thank you. Your words and advice, it feels like I'm getting it from an older brother I never had. The words you use radiate with so much pain and realness because you have had to live through so much to truly understand their true meaning, yet radiate with so much hope and beauty for the younger generation and others who are suffering. Hi Mike, I've become a fan of you in the last couple of years and really enjoy watching you fight. I'm approaching 42 with quite a few health issues here in the UK are health system has gone downhill drastically and sometimes it's like being in a 3rd world country I really hate complaining, but sometimes as one person it's really difficult to solve all life's problems. Do you have any advice for health related problems as we age?
