Been watching you for a while now. Its cool you speak about all these things, because it can help some people to find themselves. Ive went through hell myself, fake friends, drugs, alcohol, smokes... But in the end i managed to pull myself out of this hole on my own. I was reinforcing my mind by watching lots of motivational videos and trying to get better. It took me a few years but i got rid of all the bad habits, and distanced myself from fake people. Its the greatest achievement i have ever accomplished so far. Im in my early 30s , working on my success to find a better job eventually. I do martial arts too, unfortunatelly my health condition prevents me from pursuing a pro career. Thanks for the video, hope you break connors leg like dustin did. Take care Iron Mike :)

I've always been in great shape ever since I "became a man" by traveling across my country (Canada) on a bicycle in 2010, but recently, I've had little health issues that held me back from training for a while. I started again recently, but not hard enough, out of fear of not being able to give it my best I suppose. Well, your talk pumped me up and this morning, I had the best training of the year so far. Like they say, "I'm back baby!", and it feels damn good. Will make sure to train like that at least 3 times a week from now on. It feels so good, there's no word for it. Wish I could shake your hand right now, thank you greatly! Much love and respect!

It took me getting absolutely crushed by life TWICE before I realized what being a real man meant. God, My loved ones, and improving myself MUST be a top priority. I cannot wait to become a father one day, with the right partner. When I stray off that path, I’m not happy. So I ought not to lower my standards for myself or for others I allow in my life.
