What type of HOA fees are you guys doing out there? We're investing in some property to develop down there soon, but looking for a stand alone property

Recently sub'd thanks to KWW. Why are you not talking about the bones of those buildings?! Filled reinforced concrete block....concrete beams tying all the walls together at the top together, all the concrete structure coming out of the ground in reinforced piers and columns. Interior finishes are awesome.....but only on a sound foundation! Awesome looking property.....your videos are fun!! (I used to work in construction...years ago😆)

The waterway... Looks standing. How are the mosquitos there?
The water is salinated so you don't have mosquito larva in the canals but in the rainy season there are mosquitos on the island. It is just one of the things that comes along with living in Belize but overall not a huge deal

thanks for the update nice looking places I have a stupid question is there a grid in this area to bring in electricity or do you look after that yourself I haven't been to the island but on the mainland it seems you can do it what ever way you wish
All the utilities are underground in MBV and are brought down each street currently being installed in the back streets of phase 1 then phase 2 will be next!
