I swim everyday, and most goggles I've tried don't bother me while swimming, however every pair I have ever tried leaves me with the circle marks around my eyes. And so my only reason to possibly get these is trying to avoid 'raccoon eyes'. Do they leave any marks under the eyes at all?

Sorry for the late response. They aren't as aggressive as other pairs that I'd tried, but after being in the pool for an hour, eventually there's a little something, but again, not as bad as other pairs I've worn. If you loosen the strap a little, you'll probably get less of an effect with these, but I like em a little snug.

How well did that tint block the brightness of the sun? What tint is it? I get migraine headaches from the bright sun and need a really dark tinted goggle. Roka's website has every X1 out of stock. They do not answer the phone or respond to email questions. Any idea who else I could buy them from?

Sorry I'm just now seeing this. These are the cobalt mirror version. They work great in direct light but still highlight the bright buoys for spotting. Sorry to hear they're out of stock and not responding. That hasn't been my experience with them but I've only contacted them via email and they're very responsive and professional through that channel.

It’s been a year since you bought these. Would you still recommend? Do they fog up?

I still rock them every swim. I love 'em. Any goggle will fog up but I use this stuff and never get any fog swimming for 45 minute and longer. I put a drop in each google, rub it around and when I get in the pool I dip the goggles in just to get the temperature regulated for the water and room.
