Tip on drying berries: line a big sheet pan with paper towels or kitchen towel, lay washed berries on top, then swish that pan back and forth on counter so that the berries roll around and they are dry in no time!

Believe it or not, I'm 69 years old, and almost everything that you did was all new to me. I stopped buying fresh fruit because of how much was wasted and because I can't stand biting into a piece of nasty fruit. 😢 Grocers used to allow you to sample the fruits before you bought them. That doesn't happen anymore.
Social media has been a godsend for many reasons, and I'm awed by how much there is still to learn! 😮😊❤
