- A simple Distributed Systems Design Introduction touching the main concepts and challenges that this type of systems have.
Is intended to provide a simple Distributed Systems Design Introduction to cover some of the main concepts and challenges of this type of systems, like: Networking, Security, Distributed Transactions, Scalability, Reliability and Maintainability. It provides an entry point to other topics that I will be developing in the channel like Replication, Sharding and Leader Election.

In A Dev' Story I explain Software Development related topics from my point of view. I'll be explaining different topics in "Chapters" according to the stage of the story I think they belong. Hope is as entertaining for you as it's fun for me to create these videos
Thanks again for watching! Feel free to like, comment, share and subscribe, it means a lot to me and helps the channel grow. - Наука та технологія
Thank you for your series of videos, which are of great help to my lazy and irresponsible teacher.
You are welcome! Hope things improve on your side!
Thank you very much for these series of videos. I am a Backend developer and I want to do the jump to Software Architect and I found your content a nice start!
Oh great to hear! Glad it was useful!
LOVE the architecture design series , ty for the top notch explanation and the the great visual exemples
Thank you very much! I've been busy but I'll try to create a few more soon
Thanks very much for the fantastic architecture design series. I'm an infrastructure engineer looking for a change in the software career path, which will help me reach my personal goal.
Amazing! Thanks for the he feedback and glad you liked it. Please let me know if you'd like additional content
I watched the full course, amazing compilation.!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
great series !
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi nice explanation,
Is there any example in github for this architecture?
You mean implementation or code? Is it in general for distributed systems or for this specific example?
@@ADevStory
Thank you for replying.
The use case you explained.
The design is very good.
But we as software developer when we implement we go into bad coding.
For example:
If there is any GitHub,
So that we can spin up docker in our system and check how it's implemented and if DB goes down how it's behaving, how we are handling transactions... etc.
In nutshell:
A usecase : Book search
A system design : Architect
Code: sample code
No for this example I don't have. But can consider adding one in the future!
Was this video just really an ad?
It wasn't but it is actually an intro to more videos on distributed systems concepts and design that I think could be interesting. And I'd like to always keep them short.
Ads are required to make it possible to continue the effort of making videos. I get full freedom of ideas, I tried to make it not so intrusive and a tool that I think may be relevant to the viewers.
hey! nice series!
Thank you very much! Glad it was useful!
