This is my favorite theme in TLoU. It sounds so mysterious, dark, strange, and peaceful at the same time, like, everything is good for the moment, but you know that there is something wrong that will happen.
@@davidgrimes6193 in fact on that episode, when Alpha's little daughter sneaked at night towards that dad man, the soundtrack sounded so similar to The Last of Us'

Reflects Bills town perfectly. My favourite part of the game, just something about going through Bills town, eerie, creepy and empty, evening sunset and this playing in the background. Was quite gutted not to see Bill or the town in part 2, it is what it is though. Part 1 including the DLC is still my number 1, and will be playable for years to come.
@@LudicrouslyLiam absolutely, said it will. Not many games I’ve played captures that mood as well as this did. Even though I know where infected etc are, it’s still chilling and creepy doing bills town, just an incredible game all over 👍
Instantly transported into Lincoln surveying the empty street, then climbing on the buildings to see the setting sun and smoke coming from a church far away.
This song literally makes me think deep of the game title: “The Last of Us”. I just picture Joel and Ellie walking through the woods together while I listen to this. Civilization is getting lower, the world is coming to an end, and the life we once knew is slowly dying and turning into this post apocalyptic world. Beautiful fucking game. Along with RDR2, my favorite games I ever played in my life so far.
I never knew the name of the track but it always reminded me of the summer time when I heard it, boy was I thrilled when I found out its titled. Synesthesia at its finest.
There’s actually quite a few places it plays at. The first time I heard it play was very early in the game in the area just before entering that door covered up with leaves with Tess.
Man i miss 2013 so much. Playing this phenomenal experience for the first time on the ps3 and falling in love with it, especially the music of all things. Thank you for this nostalgic video. Too bad seeing this franchise going downhill since the second game came out.
It's awesome to the uploader of this video know that many people from different countries in the world came here to leave a comment, a like and thank for the video, yes, I'm brazilian too, any problem?
Thank you so, *so* much, this is seriously one of my favorite tracks in the entire game! Out of curiosity, is there any chance you could rip the version of *All Gone (Seasons)* that plays when Joel passes out after being impaled? Kind of an obscure request, I realize, so I totally get if you don't feel like getting into it. Anyway, thanks again for this upload! Spectacular track, very sad, remote, and lonely, yet somehow ominous and unsettling at the same time. I love it!
I listen to this in a world where The Last of Us 2 was never announced nor released. Left with a vague, perfect, and dark ending. And that's that. This music in my opinion the representation of the game, the characters, the deaths as a whole, it gives me the will to neglect what monstrosity of the sequel is, and makes me embrave this game even more.
any idea about where to find the song that sounds when Ellie read the jokes from her book in the DLC "Left Behind"??... I should specify, its "Fleeting" from the album but im searching for the one in the game with just guitar, without all those annoying sounds
It’s pleasant but also sad, gives me a vibe that the world has truly ended, just thinking of the abandon buildings overgrown in plants, nothing else living in sight, only birds

It's the sound of life my friend, and all of it's beauty and sorrow at the same time.
This just makes me feel like everything's gone. Just the world, overgrown and everyone for themselves. Beautiful fucking game
It’s so good 🤘🤧😭

why dont you ask bill to get you one of them air fresheners?
