You are my hero. I've watched multiple videos over and over just to find yours and quickly sorted my issue. You are the best, Brieft but straight forward.
Thank you so much for this video! My phone dropped on my keyboard and made my cursor disappear. I've watched a few videos but the "FN+F6" solved the problem right away. Thanks again!
Asus rog zephyrus m16 here, and still nothing does it... for me it's Fn + F10, but nothing happens, I even try to enable the touchpad from the armoury crate, and again - no effect. But in the BIOS the touchpad workds just fine, only in windows 10 it decides not to. Any ideas? P.S. Tried looking for any asus touchpad drivers, but can't find anything at all.
@@Lrob1723 yes, I basically updated the motherboard drivers and it worked on its own, without having to do anything else as additional options or changes
Without an external mouse plugged in, my laptop doesn't even list the Mice option, and there's no point in updating a driver for an external mouse when the issue is the touchpad. My touchpad worked for the first few hours of Windows 11, but now my laptop acts like my touchpad doesn't exist. *bangs head into wall* I don't even own an external mouse, but just happen to be visiting family that has one.
-Press Windows key + X -Go to Device Manager -Expand the Human Interface Device -Look for HID Touchpad driver that was installed -Right click and Update -Look for "Browse my computer for driver -Let me pick drivers available drivers -Choose an old driver and use it. Thanks me later..it definitely works
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! watched a few videos but nothing was working. Didn't look promising as none of the first techniques worked but finally one of them did (change Regedit enablecursorsuppresion value...). Thanks again for this very informative/non bullshit video
