@@asatechnical The issue again came back and the touchpad is not working. I again followed the same steps changed the value back to 1, it worked for some time but after some time it stopped worked. I tried the steps multiple times, it's not giving the result. Can you please provide a permanent and reliable solution for this issue?
1. First of all most every should should check there touchpad is enabled or not 2. Restart or shutdown laptop 3. (Worked for me ) Go to BIOS and check whether mouse is working there nor not. If it's not working then u might have an internal issue. If touchpad is working in bios than you my have some small issue for me when I entered into bios it's started walking properly for me.

Thanks for the tutorial.. I even gave laptop for repair and they suggested for IO port change which costs 2000/-. Somehow I searched in youtube and Uninstaller driver and restarted system... Tadaaa! It worked. Thanks again.

Try changing the value to 1 again and then shutting it down, after 2-3 minutes again start the laptop and it would be working. Hope this helps
