Amelia and Dan have built themselves such a beautiful home and what a parking space they have found too! Imagine being able to walk out of your home and right to a spot by the river like that. We hope you enjoy the tour! Thanks for watching and supporting our channel! With love, Bryce & Rasa
I wonder why they want to build again? Also, I was so used to hearing really low prices for tiny houses where the people did a lot of diy, that hearing $170,000 sounds so high now! Compared to traditionally built houses, it’s still so low, but I really feel for young people with lower incomes, or single moms, school teachers, etc.
I love how respectful Bryce is every time he enters the home of another person or couple. Also admire the way he always manages to appreciate & mention special, beautiful, or utilitarian aspects of every home he enters, no matter how elaborate & custom built or how simple & basic each tiny home is. Bryce's open mindedness and open heart allow each home and each home owner to shine & we as viewers get the BEST tour in every single podcast. Thank you for your appreciative, thoughtful style Bryce- you are outstanding !⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've made these videos into a drinking game. Take a shot every time Bryce says: can we take a look inside, I love what you've done with this place, I'm able go stand up in here...
I loved this design! It seems like a perfect use of space and they have everything! I nice big bathroom, big open kitchen, a real sofa, real stairs, and a 2nd loft that serves many purposes. I loved the laundry and closet area too. And finally someone with lots of books! :) I thought it was really nice that you showed so much of their personality. My dream would be a partner that likes to cook and has a hobby that gives me time to read quietly... Go Amelia! Haha!
EVERYTIME I watch, I think to myself, wow, how amazingly edited. So easy on the eyes and the mind. Thank you so much for your beautiful work! This tiny is gorgeous, too!
I would love to see a follow-up to some of these videos say 3 to 5 years after someone has lived in their home. I wonder if anybody has any regrets, things they'd do differently, or if anyone's feeling a little claustrophobic? 😱
I Mona, I AM not in the videos, but i've been living in a Tiny 2,5mx7mx4m for almost 2 years now...so far...no regrets and I Often stop and think how lucky and grateful I am 🙂 this is not a home, its a life Style! 🌷
I've often wondered about families with small children tucked into small spaces. How are they doing a few years later when the kids themselves take up more space and come to an age where they want some privacy. Does the family end up going back to a regular size home? Or do they add on to their tiny home?
@@violetvotes2024 I have to admit, I wouldn't even consider a tiny home if I had children or wanted to start a family of my own. But for those that are living the tiny home lifestyle with children I would be interested to see how they manage to stay sane especially after a few years.
The extra 1 1/2 feet from 8 1/2 to 10 feet is just worth it if you can swing it. The steps to the bedroom are fabulous! And the extra room for the bathroom is so helpful. I like everything about this house.
Very much agree on the width. 8.5 feet makes it feel like a tunnel, not homey. I lived in an apt that was narrow in the middle, to the point where we could sit on the couch and put our feet up on the bookcases opposite. OK for a year or two, claustrophobic after a while.
I love how calm and content they are in their tiny house. I could relate so much to the way they described visiting the city and being done with all the people within two hours. It's an absolute dream to live like this! Especially with all the books and plants, the animals and the wonderful land, it's really cozy and I can see how it would boost someone's creativity living there.

I love watching your videos. Came across your channel in 2021, in the middle of Covid, as a medical worker, away from everyone who was dear to me. Your channel and beautiful vibe helped me get through it all. I now have plans for my own tiny home one day. Thank you ❤️
At first I fell in love with the exterior of this home and then the comment of plants, crystals and books, noticing a similar style to myself...I WANT THIS HOME! and to be their bestie 😂❤
What a lovely peaceful and tranquil home. I wish them many years of happiness living there. A fabulous living spot indeed and within walking distance to a beautiful river. My kind of life.
This home was such a joy to visit and to hear about, with so many beautiful and interesting aspects in the home. Love the couple, too - they were interesting as well! You did a great job (as always) of showcasing their wonderful home and the people who reside there, Bryce and Rasa. Thank you so much for what you both do!
Wow, what a gorgeous home, on such a stunning parking spot. I hope Dan and Amelia don’t have to move too far away when they find their own piece of paradise. Wishing them all the best for the future. ❤️🏴❤️
The design & layout of this tiny house is so well thought out. Every room is roomy. If that makes sense. Lol! It has lots of cabinets & storage. Clear open spacious pathways throughout. Feels as if no downsizing required. Love it!
It is amazing how powerful and creative human beings are. The couple embraces these virtues as shown by their surroundings. Thank you Rasa and Bryce for your dedicated efforts to deliver professional content while promoting the Tiny House Movement. 🙏
The way I’m such a fan of this channel, I can tell their house is similar to another house I first saw on the channel. I love this model of house so much. The space is just right. For single people and couples. This house is gorgeous
OK, I'm 5' 3" so now I know what I would look like standing next to Bryce! ;o) I love your all-black wardrobes. I would love to do that but have so many (colorful) clothes already; it will take forever until everything wears out. I love the black house and how neat everything is outside. Clearly esthetics are important to both of you. I appreciate that! I guess I should start my list of "things I need in my tiny". Two lofts for sure, and freestanding furniture. To my eye it makes a big difference to have a real sofa, table and chairs. I can picture a substantial deck giving you even more living space when the weather is good. Regards from Indiana!
Every tiny house I’ve seen myself living into had this very same layout, or a small variation of it. It’s just a dream that I keep looking forward to. It’s practical, with separated spaces and with barely any compromises. And this one in particular is stunning ❤
I realised near the end of this video I'd been smiling throughout- the word sanctuary certainly does apply here. Love the couple, their home as well as the surroundings; I love the trees and the river.. Thanks Bryce for another gem.
New Zealand is so far ahead of the U.K. when it comes to tiny house living….. the planning laws in the U.K. are so draconian, they don’t get it at all! Such a shame when it’s such a good option for so many reasons, especially considering the huge lack of affordable housing right now
Same in here Ireland, you rather get permission to build a big, ugly concrete building with tons of plastic and more nasties, than building a small, wooden and sustainable „sanctuary“.
Yes indeed. The UK planning laws are in the dark ages. Local authorities and the government wants to shovel everyone into dystopian sardine tin poor housing in marginal brown field sites, and they are STILL too expensive. Apart from obvious areas of valued natural beauty we need to relax planning laws and stop the exponential rise in property prices by taxing second homes, build GENUINELY affordable housing and lift the ridiculous restrictions on people who simply wish to live in efficient homes largely where they wish. Planning laws are nearly always exploited by the rich to preserve their exclusive access to pleasant places solely through buying power.
I have to tell, they have been more prepared on how to talk than other tiny house owners which is class and shows the quality of value they gave to your channel. The house itself is a class. Loved the design of it
This seems to be nearly identical to Helen's home in "Young Woman's Incredible Tiny Forever Home" from 3 years ago - right down to the plants and the big blue corner couch. Gotta be the same builder. I really like that one, but I do like the window in the living room in this one. I like the pantry in the previous one better. But as they are so similar, I like them both. This has to be one of my all time favorite tiny homes. Its pretty perfect with lots of storage and room for books which as mentioned are often left out. Love the layout and space.

I love the black exterior, the plants, the little coffin shelves with the crystals, it's just amazing! Like a spooky tiny house haha. If one day I get my own tiny house I want to decorate like it's Halloween 24/7
Beautiful sanctuary. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Incredible parking spot. I can't help but smile when I see all the books, crystals, plants, and moon phase decorations. I have the same in my own home. I look forward to transitioning to my own tiny home in the near future.
The best comment is that they hadn't been on holiday since they have moved in, cos they feel like they are on holiday already. That's a great way to live, something to aim for. Holidays are a way of escaping your life for a week or two, imagine never feeling you HAVE to do that
I have a round drop leaf table Ilije that, purchased 1 or 15 yrs ago at Ashley Home Center. I have seen them at Big Lots and nice furniture stores too.
Idyllic sanctuary indeed. What a lovely couple and pup. I absolutely love everything about the aesthetic. Heavenly location. And can we talk about that gorgeous sofa?
Another lovely tiny home!! What more can one want: plants, crystals, books and a lovely view!! Such clean lines with the white and black colour choice works so well!!
This is a lovely house! I really liked that they built the wooden skirting around the base. With the planters, it just makes the home look more finished somehow. Wonderful couple, too!
after 57 years in the house they lived & raised the 4 of us; my parents are having to downsize their lives to a travel trailer on a property dad bought 40 years ago but never got to move to. peeling back layers to dress up the old place exposes the wear that we put there. some things make us smile. some we cry. if y'all watching this wonderful series don't mind saying a prayer for all the older folks out there having to go through this, could y'all please offer up a little prayer for joy & comfort to all of them...
The strange thing for me to wrap my brain around is that my parents have a different phone number after 62 years! I think they sorted for about 3 years lol.
I'm sorry your parents and you children (grown I know, but you'll always be one of "the kids, trust me.") are having to go through this. It sounds like it wasn't their idea or dream for this to happen. I will say a prayer for them and you!
Love that the bathroom is on the other end and not next to the kitchen. Beautiful home. (The books and tarots might make me think twice about visiting lol - but to each their own)
Oooh, that's a good point, I hadn't noticed the bathroom and kitchen at opposite ends of the house. I don't care for the layouts where they're right beside each other. This seems a good practical solution.
This is the BEST little house I have ever seen.....I would love to have one, but am a widow of 11 years, on fixed income. I am so happy for you, that you got the tiny home of your dreams. Bev in Maine
I was so excited to see a new video! I love the design of this house. The vegetable garden and herbs. I love where the house is parked. It literally looks like a painting. Everything looks so spacious and peaceful which probably feeds creativity and inspiration! ;) I love the way Bryce asks the perfect questions and takes notice of all the small details.
This is a really beautiful and well designed home! And what an idyllic parking space! Thank you for another excellent Tiny Home video! I love the balance of showing the details of the houses and featuring the people who live there, each with their own unique personalities, stories and reasons for choosing this lifestyle. 💕
Finally some readers! What a fantastic way the house has been put together to incorporate heaps if books…I love the reading loft particularly. An amazing home.
what a gorgeous tiny home and so spacious well designed inside and out nicely decorated and to have the river there is awesome with its views of the landscape . I am in love with this place Well done folks
Bryce I love the Tiny's you showcase this one so charming the couple have really made it their home. I love the prices of these homes it is so much cheaper then a "normal" house or unit. Yet these houses you showcase are so much nicer and on better landscapes. Love it!!
What a lovely home, and how wonderful they have books. So many people who downsize seem to get rid of books first (if they had many to start with). I'd quite like to live in a tiny home (probably a converted bus) and my biggest problem is all the books hubby and I have - about 6,000 between us. Makes tiny home living a bit of a conundrum. This home is just great and I like the two separate lofts and the walled in bedroom.
That sounds like a small library! Just curious why you need all of those books? Have you read them all? If so, are you going to read them again? Research? Sentimental? Rare/valuable? I buy mine from the local library for a quarter. After I've read it, I put my initials in the back so I don't get the same one later on, return it, and buy more. I have so many stacked around my house right now. I need to get moving and get them back to the library. They look great, and company knows that I'm a reader, but they're really just taking up space and getting dusty. Regards from Indiana!
This is a really nice house and yes pristine and calming, plus outside is just beautiful. It also doesn’t seem cramped at all. And the dog is a little sweetheart.
Beautiful tiny house!! Love it! ♥ The location is also totally awesome. Really tugs at my heartstrings. They are so blessed to live in such an idyllic area. ♥

This is so effortlessly, naturally stylish, with so much space! Really lovely, thank you.
I absolutely love this couple and their home. Thanks for sharing your beautiful little home
Hello Janey how are you doing!!
So glad to have another video to watch! Love your channel. And this house is so spacious. I love it! Thank you Bryce and Rasa!
Hi Karen 👋👋👋
Hi
@@karenbarton4482 how are you doing today and how’s your day going?
@@karenbarton4482 hi karen
Just here for the cute doggo.
Also love how the two of them just repeate each other's words. So in sync.
after 57 years in the house they lived & raised the 4 of us; my parents are having to downsize their lives to a travel trailer on a property dad bought 40 years ago but never got to move to. peeling back layers to dress up the old place exposes the wear that we put there. some things make us smile. some we cry. if y'all watching this wonderful series don't mind saying a prayer for all the older folks out there having to go through this, could y'all please offer up a little prayer for joy & comfort to all of them...
The strange thing for me to wrap my brain around is that my parents have a different phone number after 62 years! I think they sorted for about 3 years lol.
@@joantrotter3005 mom & dad are on their 3rd & sometimes i catch myself dailing that first one...
Hello Alice how are you doing!!
Everything looks so spacious and peaceful which probably feeds creativity and inspiration! ;)
I love the way Bryce asks the perfect questions and takes notice of all the small details.
Hello Paula how are you doing!!
What a lovely witchy home, calming and enchanting.
what a gorgeous tiny home and so spacious well designed inside and out nicely decorated and to have the river there is awesome with its views of the landscape . I am in love with this place Well done folks
Lovely spot, lovely couple. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Cathelina how are you doing today?
An interesting couple that have made a cozy place in an idyllic setting! As always Bryce leads the interview with his lovely manner.
Bryce I love the Tiny's you showcase this one so charming the couple have really made it their home. I love the prices of these homes it is so much cheaper then a "normal" house or unit. Yet these houses you showcase are so much nicer and on better landscapes. Love it!!
Love the enclosed bedroom with windows front, left, and right! And yay to all the books!!! ❤📚🪴⭐🌙
I love your dog! I had one that looked very similar. You two have made a lovely space to do exactly what you want. Love it! Enjoy
Brilliant space design style storage. I think it's fabulous... beautiful place to live too well done
I love this house, so well thought out and a lovely calm space. I have a serious addiction to your videos Bryce and Rasa, keep them coming 😊
The house is so beautiful! I LOVE it.
Thanks for sharing:)
Love everything about this home. Especially all the plants & crystals. But the layout is great.
One of the nicest most spacious houses I've seen, very tastefully decorated too.
Hey Annette how are you??
That sounds like a small library! Just curious why you need all of those books? Have you read them all? If so, are you going to read them again? Research? Sentimental? Rare/valuable? I buy mine from the local library for a quarter. After I've read it, I put my initials in the back so I don't get the same one later on, return it, and buy more. I have so many stacked around my house right now. I need to get moving and get them back to the library. They look great, and company knows that I'm a reader, but they're really just taking up space and getting dusty. Regards from Indiana!
What an incredible setup! The area is breathtaking!
Beautiful simple home in a lovely parking spot. Really wonderful! Thank you Bryce for introducing these little heavens 😊🙏❤️
This is a BEAUTIFUL tiny Home. 💙 Sofa
Love All the GREEN PLANTS 🌿 🪴 📚
🚿 🛀 Bathroom is 👍
Wish you the best with your little Sanctuary ❤️
This is a really nice house and yes pristine and calming, plus outside is just beautiful. It also doesn’t seem cramped at all. And the dog is a little sweetheart.
I've watched so many of Bryce's videos and this is probably my favourite tiny house by far that I've seen on his channel !
Beautiful tiny house!! Love it! ♥ The location is also totally awesome. Really tugs at my heartstrings. They are so blessed to live in such an idyllic area. ♥
